Ingleside absolutely impressed me β€” the Tajima Wagyu Picanha was rich, juicy, and full of flavour, enhanced beautifully by the shio koji marinade. Every bite had that umami depth that only comes from careful preparation.

The Lampino IbΓ©rico was just as special. Knowing they dry-age and ferment everything themselves makes it even more impressive β€” you can taste the difference in the quality and detail.

The staff made the experience even better with warm, attentive service. Definitely one of my new favourite spots for a good date night.

Love the service and ambiance!! Staffs were very professional when recommending the dishes to us. Before the dish was served, staffs will explaint to us how it was cooked and what it will be served with!

We ordered the channel rockfish, Lampino Iberico (personal favourite), sourdough bread served with fermented butter & truffle puree!! Love itt, πŸ’―.

Good vibes, amazing food, and the sweetest crew πŸ’› The Lampino Iberico Chuletero was incredible β€” tender, juicy, and full of flavour. And that lemon ginger spritz? Absolute perfection πŸ‹βœ¨ #InglesideSingapore #GoodEats #VibeCheck

I enjoyed the pasta and also the fried ice cream with banana cake. The banana cake was so tender and the banana taste is fragrant. Located at katong, the vibes is ideal for dates.

[ORCHARD, SINGAPORE] Hidden within a cosy side of Orchard Plaza where many izakayas are located at, lies @bistrodulepin where you will experience an explosion of french-japanese fusion flavours created by a Japanese chef. We had their Omakase Course ($100 per pax) and long story short, the cook here is insanely good and you really need to judge just that.

Coming in, you will be greeted by a rather rustic vibe, with a single server rushing everywhere to fulfil orders and a seemingly nonchalant chef. Once you open up, you will come to realise that they are really friendly!

There were about 8 courses in total, and we were increasingly impressed with each dish served. Don't be fooled by the plain saltine crackers served at the start; the other appetisers were so darn good, especially the chicken pate πŸ”.

All sashimi 🐟 served were extremely fresh, and the garlic miso sauce on the Sliced Yellowtail was amazing. Full of umami, I wish I had rice to mop them all up.

As for cooked dishes, the Miso Cod 🐟 was incredible, so flaky, so fresh and they gave such a chunky piece. When you think things can't get any better, the Kagoshima Beef πŸ– topped the charts. Meaty, beefy, juicy and tender, nothing beats having this with just wasabi.

As there aren't many carbs, do expect to be about 70-80% full. I was thankful that the chef gave me more than one scoop of their delicious ice cream & sorbet! (don't think they offer this all the time, so I wouldn't bet on it)

Overall, the food & quality of the dishes is absolutely lovely and I will definitely come back again. I do see people complaining on Google about the service and how the server is doubling up as the line cook, but I feel like they are trying their best with the manpower crunch they are having. I feel like only a certain group of people who appreciate this will come back, no wonder why 70% of customers that night were regulars 😁

Tried the Adult Chicken Nuggets β€” a unique take on the classic, crispy on the outside and tender inside. Do note that there are small bits of soft bone in them. Also had the Spaghetti Al Granchio, which came with a generous serving of crab meat and was nicely executed.

My recent meal at Meadesmoore was an absolutely unforgettable experience. My partner and I started with the Chimichurri Crusted Bone Marrow, and I was immediately hooked. The velvety richness of the marrow was decadent, but the bright, zesty chimichurri crust cut through it perfectly. It was the perfect savory indulgence.

For mains, we had the N34 Garnet F1 Wagyu Striploin, which was was magnificent. Cooked perfectly, the marbling gave it a truly butter-like texture and a rich, nutty flavour. Paired with the sticky, sweet Balsamic Roasted Mushrooms, it felt like the ultimate luxury dining experience.

We ended the meal with The Pavlova Flotante. The meringue was crisp and ethereal, and the vibrant, tropical acidity of seasonal mangos and passionfruit left my palate feeling totally refreshed.

I finally snagged a table here. I ordered the cakes thinking it had to be as good as other Malay-owned businesses, but it was so-so only. Parts were nice, but it's not consistent and I wish it's cold.

I finally snagged a table here. This is the dish I've been waiting years for - tulang pizza. Good bread, topped with mutton bones and beef chunks. Meats were okay. The marrow was not the strongest and not much but I guess can't expect too highly. Still enjoyable.

I finally snagged a table here. Lovely pasta and what's not to like about lemak sauce? Good thing it's not too rich. Unfortunately the so-called wagyu was quite dry, tough and charred.

Loved and recommend getting the sourdough starter and Maitae & Pork Entree. Bread came warm with a nice butter and pork cheek was juicy and really tender. Had Wagyu picanha and lumina lamb lion for mains. The cook were spot on and you can specify the doneness of your meat.

Service was really warm and impeccable too. Would recommend coming here if you’re looking for a nice dinner place with your date!

My experience at Ingleside was great πŸ‘ I had the Tajima Wagyu Picanha, Lampino Iberico and their sourdough bread. The wagyu was extremely tender and cooked to perfection. I enjoyed the Iberico too as it was a right balance of chewy and soft.

The lemon ginger spritz was a good pairing with the meat dishes - refreshing and tangy!
