Hands down for the creativity of the menu. I ordered a lovely cocktail with pipa gao, longan and hawthorn. The house wings dipped in red beancurd batter was deep fried to perfection.
How adventurous are you? I started my adventure with a bak kut teh cocktail (warm) which is served with with a dough fritters! Followed by a buah keluak beef stew. Hopscotch indeed has a very creative menu!
It was our first time dining at Ingleside and we had a great experience. Our waiter was friendly and gave us wonderful recommendations for our meal. Special shout-out to the meats, juicy, tender and well-seasoned. Great meal!
Our order:
- Sourdough Bread
- Golden Oyster Mushroom
- Hokkaido Scallops
- Venison Tenderloin
- Tajima MBS 6-7 Wagyu Picanha
- French Cheese Plate
The Venison Tenderloin (Medium Rare) was really tender and juicy!! The staff were all very friendly and i would highly reco this place!
This charming café serves up brunch delights inspired by both Eastern and Western cuisines, free from MSG and added preservatives. The wife opted for her go-to brunch favorite, the Smashed Avocado Toast topped with a perfectly sous vide egg—a staple she rarely skips.
I went for something unexpected: an Asian Fusion Bowl featuring tender Grilled Boneless Chicken with flavorful Balinese Salsa, served on a bed of fragrant Japanese rice. A delightful mix of comfort and creativity!
This cozy café is always top of mind when it comes to picking a weekend brunch spot. During our visit, the staff recommended the Eggs Your Way, served with housemade bread and your choice of eggs—I went for scrambled, paired with a surprisingly juicy and tender Cajun Chicken Breast add-on.
And because no brunch is complete without fries, we couldn’t resist sharing a side of Mentaiko Fries, which were an absolute hit. Perfect comfort food to round out the weekend vibes!
I had an amazing meal featuring bold flavors and creative cocktails!
1. Duck Confit: Crispy skin, tender meat, and rich, well-balanced seasoning—absolutely delicious.
2. Steak with Brussels Sprouts, Cherry Tomatoes, and Onion Sauce: Juicy steak paired perfectly with the veggies and a sweet-savory onion sauce.
3. Local-Inspired Cocktails: The kaya toast with yam ice cream and rum was nostalgic yet indulgent, while the waffle-topped whipped cream rum mix felt like dessert in a glass.
Highly recommend for those who enjoy inventive and flavorful dining experiences!

Dining at Meadesmoore is a refined experience that takes you on a flavorful journey through perfectly crafted dishes. From start to finish, each course exceeded expectations, leaving a lasting impression.
The meal began with the Blue Prawn Capellini as the starter, a refreshing and sophisticated dish. The pasta was cooked al dente, lightly dressed in a truffle sauce that complemented the sweetness of the succulent prawns. A hint of fresh herbs added brightness, making it the perfect way to whet the appetite.
For the main course, The Meadesmoore Cut was a masterpiece. Cooked to perfection (medium-rare in my case), the meat was tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The seared crust added a delightful smokiness. A drizzle of rich, velvety sauce tied everything together beautifully.
The grand finale was the Tiramisu, and it did not disappoint. Served elegantly, this classic Italian dessert was light yet indulgent. The layers of espresso-soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone cream were perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of cocoa dusting for a bittersweet finish. Each spoonful was a delightful end to a memorable meal.
The attentive service and warm ambiance at Meadesmoore further elevated the experience. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply treating yourself, this restaurant is a must-visit for its impeccable cuisine and inviting atmosphere.
Visited Meadesmoore for a date night with my partner after hearing so many good reviews about them!
We had a good start to the meal with the Blue Prawn Capellini which was really fragrant, followed by the star of the show which was The Meadesmoore Cut. We got to try three different cuts with this one dish, and my personal favourite was the flat iron :) We paired the beef together with the bordelaise and salsa verde sauces, which were recommended by the server, along with the Grilled Brocollini.
The night ended perfectly with the Tiramisu dessert, which the server told us was a signature at the restaurant. I love my tiramisus and this was really one of the best tiramisu I’ve tried, I would return to the restaurant just for it!
Ingleside Restaurant in Singapore is a true gem, offering not just impeccable service but also a menu that delights at every turn. The fresh oysters were a perfect start, briny and incredibly fresh, while the tuna tartare tartlette topped with caviar delivered an indulgent burst of flavor with its silky tuna and crisp base. The Hokkaido scallops were a standout as well, seared to perfection with a delicate sweetness and buttery texture. For the main event, the tajima wagyu picanha stole the show with its rich, bold flavor and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness. A thoroughly enjoyable meal – we’ll definitely be back!
This Pad Thai has a texture similar to konjac noodles.I felt like healthy🍤
