Clean, crisp, and quietly confident. The snapper had that golden skin that crackled just right, with tender flesh underneath. The yuzu miso was bright and punchy, enough to lift the dish without overpowering it. Asparagus added a fresh crunch that kept things light. Simple, balanced and easy to enjoy 》$36

The mafaldine had that perfect chewy bite with ruffled edges that clung onto all the flavour. It came slicked in garlicky chilli oil, more hum than heat but still aromatic. The crab was sweet and generous and the zucchini added a fresh crunch that broke up the richness nicely 》$28

Didn’t think cabbage could hit like this. Charred, smoky, tender and had those crispy bits that make you keep picking at it. The anchovies gave it that salty crunch and the asiago added this creamy, nutty layer that pulled everything together. A rare find that punches above its weight 》$17

Crunchy on the outside, crabby on the inside. These shiok little bites hit all the right notes. Rich, creamy and packed with actual crab, not filler. The miso mayo’s like the atas cousin of tartar sauce, it’s salty, smooth and addictive 》$15

This one came out looking simple, but it’s got layers. Hamachi was fresh and fatty, clean bite and no fishiness. Ponzu added a bright, citrusy lift, while the green chili slices sneak in a gentle heat that lingers just long enough to keep things interesting. Not overpowering, just enough to keep things interesting 》$12

Kueh pie tee, scallop, satay, smoked salmon, ginger chicken roulade. Decent and interesting spread for high tea. The satay is chunky thigh meat, I love the roulade and I always appreciate free-flow kueh pie tee.

A main that came with the buffet. Our last encounter with a buffet laksa (ahem Sky22) was disappointing. This was at least comparable to one cooked by an experienced hawker. The star was the crustacean, which was the meatiest lobster I've eaten.

We had a wonderful meal at Meadesmoore! The restaurant’s ambience was cosy and the service was excellent. The food was even better. Highly recommend this place for a special night out or if you are looking for a great steak place in the evenings close to the CBD.

A main that came with the buffet. I've never loved wanton mee but picked this because the menu said roast duck and roast meat. Where are they? Conversely, the noodle wowed me. It's al dente, no trace of alkaline, and superb seasoning.

First time here at Meadesmoore and the food was really impressive! SG steakhouses tend to be slightly dissapointing in terms of quality to price ratio - but Meadesmoore is commendable.

The meat was succulent, tender and umami packed. While the sides, though not the stars of the show were well executed. Particularly liked the dessert - a Mango/Passionfruit Pavlova which cut through the heavy meal we had.

Portions were generous as you can tell which is so much better than many other “high-quality” steakhouses in SG.

Definitely somewhere to visit again!

Had an incredible dining experience at Meadesmoore. The ambiance was warm and cozy, ideal for a date night. Started the night with their sakoshi bay oyster that was well-seasoned. Followed by their steak which was incredibly tender, juicy and flavourful. We also had a side of balsamic roasted mushrooms, which paired nicely with the mains. Lastly, the pavlova flotante, it was light and refreshing, a true delight to the palate! Would highly recommend Meadesmoore if you are looking for a place that serves great steak and a memorable night out.

Enjoyed a solid meal at Meadesmoore! Had the Wagyu flat iron and grassfed ribeye — both cooked perfectly. The ribeye had a great balance of tenderness and bite, not overly chewy.

The mac & cheese was rich and comforting, and the roasted honey saffron cauliflower added a nice touch of sweetness and spice. Wrapped up with the Pavlova Flotante — light, citrusy, and refreshing.

Service was attentive and the ambience made for a relaxed, cozy night. Would definitely come back for another round!
