Beers were great. Enjoyed the food and ambience as well. Staff were also friendly. Recommend.

We have been coming here since the place first opened over 20 years ago. We do because it serves the most varied and scrumptious yakitori dishes in Singapore and service is excellent. Prices are over 3 times more expensive than Tori-Q but what the heck, we onky live once.

Food was great, portions are quite big so we took away half for dinner. Quite a relaxing atmosphere in the restaurant, didn’t have the opportunity to try the pizza but will definitely try it the next time I’m there!

Tried the cheese pizza and salmon salad from The Yeast Side and really enjoyed both! The cheese pizza was comforting and satisfying — nicely baked with a good balance of cheese and crust. The salmon salad felt fresh and light, with well-matched flavours that made it a great pairing alongside the pizza. Overall, a pleasant meal and I’d be happy to come back again.

My friend and I ordered the salmon cheese bagel and it’s really good, highly recommend! The bread was very well baked. Accompanied by a matcha latte, I think it was a really good brunch for us!

Had a gathering with friend at Yeast Side and would highly recommend it if you’re looking for good quality pizza. We ordered the Char-Grilled Chicken Pesto pizza and it was delicious with flavourful toppings. The pizza made of sourdough was very chewy with a great texture; together with the mozzarella cheese and pesto sauce, it was juicy on the inside with a nicely baked crust outside. We also tried the Let’s Caulihummus, which consisted of smoky fried cauliflower paired with creamy hummus and well-balanced toppings, making it a nutritious & satisfying dish. They also offer a wide selection of beverages, and everything we tried was good👍🏻

Went to try out Yeast Side for Dinner and i must say the pizza were soooo good. Ordered the Char-Grilled Chicken Pesto and amazed by the taste and texture. From the chewy sour dough pizza base to the generous fillings of ingredients and pesto sauce, really enjoyed this pizza. Also ordered the Let's CauliHummus as a side which was both appetising, unique and flavorful. Their house made earl grey tea was also a great compliment to the meal. Would definitely come back again and recommend others to give it a try😊

Coconut‑scented rice served with grilled sambal barramundi, achar, peanuts, anchovies, and tempura egg. Weekend Menu Only. Rice was a little mushy, moist and sticky, but got the lemaky flavour. Tempura egg had a crisp fritter outer with flowy yolk inner, the execution on point like those served in Japanese tempura shops. Fish carried the local sambal seafood vibe, meaty and slightly moist, spread with a beautiful sambal layer. Achar added colour, peanuts and anchovies rounded out the staple sides.

Spaghetti with crab meat, asari clams, king prawns, fish cake, and dried shrimp laksa paste. Weekend Menu Only. Slurpy, rich, bold, savoury and umami noodles. Aromatic flavours coated every strand. Prawns were bouncy, clams given in generous portion adding oceanic sweetness, crab meat for brininess, fish cake for local laksa feel, and of course hae bee hiam laksa paste for true local spicy kick. Damn shiok!

A basket of deep‑fried snacks: soft shell crab, school prawns, silver fish, octopus tentacles, and homemade sesame chilli sauce. Weekend Menu Only. Crispy fritters that make a good bite for the itchy mouth. Oil tasted clean, no funky smell, elevated with curry leaves and chilli padi. Texture was chewy inside, crispy outside. Best dipped in the sauce, otherwise fried food can feel one‑dimensional.
