I came back again for the Tajima MBS 6-7 wagyu picanha, medium rare! The consistency in the quality is good! The Kagoshima A5 Striploin is heavenly! Should try!! Other than that we also tried the maitake& pork which also melts in your mouth haha!! Have to say the food legit. The waiter is also very friendly and patiently introducing each other dishes to us. :) will recommend!

Kagoshima Wagyu Striploin πŸ₯©: Beautifully marbled, cooked to perfection, and full of that rich umami flavor wagyu is known for. Worth the splurge.
Sourdough + Fermented Butter 🍞: Warm, crusty, with tangy house-made butter. Simple but so satisfying.
Truffle Pomme Puree 🍽️: Silky smooth with just the right amount of truffle aroma without overpowering.
Grilled Asparagus πŸ₯¦: Charred, seasoned well, and a great palate cleanser between the richer bites.

Had a blast at Ingleside! The appetisers were really good, with homemade butter complementing the bread, and made it very refreshing. Our drinks were also fresh in our mouths and went well with our lamb and wagyu.

The meat was really juicy and tasty, especially the wagyu!

really great restaurant. service is top notch and very attentive, all the servers and staff are so friendly and welcoming. the food is also excellent. the wagyu tartare with bone marrow is great, really buttery and delicious. the picanha has a great crust and dry aged funk to it, seasoned very well. but my favourite was the deconstructed lemon meringue, which was nice and tart to end off the meal in a refreshing way. would recommend for any dates or special dinners!

especially enjoyed the tajima wagyu picanha, done very well and paired nicely with the banana shallot πŸ‘

highly recommend the iberico pork and tajima steak, both dishes were prepared nicely with fresh ingredients. staff were all very friendly and atmosphere is great!

Lovely atmosphere, great food and experience overall. Highly recommended for a cosy date night

Had such a great meal at Meadesmoore. The wagyu striploin was the standout and was cooked beautifully, the scallop was really well done, and the mac & cheese was super comforting and rich. The tiramisu rounded everything off perfectly too. Overall, it was a really satisfying meal and one I’d happily go back for.

Visited Ingleside yesterday with a friend and had a great meal! We ordered the Wagyu Picanha and the Lamb Loin, and both were absolutely delicious; perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavour. Great food, lovely atmosphere, and friendly service. Will definitely be back!

Ingleside impressed with its cosy ambience and beautifully executed fishes! The Wagyu Picanha stole the show for me, and everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection. A lovely spot for a special night out ✨

Fantastic experience at Ingleside! We started with some sourdough bread that came with an amazing butter that was fermented in house.
We moved on to the tasty Maitake & Pork which melted in our mouths.
The wonderful Roasted Red Cabbage was coated with a miso butter and balsamic vinegar and went well with the pieces of pancetta.
Everything led up to our mains, the Tajima Wagyu Picanha and the Lumina Lamb Loin. We got both in medium rare (cooked by wood fire) and it is a must try! The shio koji marinade offered a savory and slightly sweet umami flavor to both the beef and the lamb. Both meats were tender and we enjoyed every bite!
Definitely will return again soon!
Shout out to our server Nicholas who did a great job in explaining the menu so patiently to us!

Ingleside does a great job of bringing together interesting techniques without making the dishes feel overly complicated.

The shio koji-marinated Tajima Wagyu Picanha had a deep, well-rounded flavour, complemented by the slow-roasted banana shallot. The two-day dry-aged Channel Rockfish was especially impressive, with a clean texture and layers of umami from the roasted chicken garum, herb and anchovy sauce.

The sourdough and miso fermented butter set the tone nicely at the start of the meal, while the lemon ginger spritz provided a bright and refreshing balance throughout. A creative and well-executed dining experience.
