Heard about this place from my friends and decided to have a Monday night date here with the wife - and it did not disappoint!
Highlight for me was the Chimichurri Bone Marrow - fragrant and smooth, and paired well with the sourdough bread!

Started with the Chicharo β€” super crispy and crackly, not too salty. Paired it with a glass of red wine which our waitress recommended

Main was the Denver cut beef (shoulder) β€” really tender, slightly grainy with a natural sweetness, complemented by the signature sauce and mint sauce.

The charred cauliflower side was sweet and comforting, with a creamy tzatziki-style sauce and pops of pomegranate.

Finished with the tiramisu β€” rich, indulgent, and you can definitely taste the brandy in the cream.

Perfect for date nights or when you’re in the mood for a fancy meal out.

($9.80) they asked us whether we keen to get their dessert such as cake and tart. such a interesting combination for chocolate and strawberry cake tbh. but it got bitter and sour aftertaste.

($9.80) they asked us whether we keen to get their dessert such as cake and tart. one of their best selling dessert on the tart itself. but their grapes is not that sweet and lean towards sour taste.

($12.80) for this salad, i never intended to try it out their salad tbh as but then giving v interesting taste for tuna spread to mix with salad.

($22.30) usual standard tonkatsu served at all of their ma maison shops

($22.30) I did tried their tonkatsu v long time ago from mandarin gallery and also orchard branch but then decided to get something different from what I usually get for ma maison. They was being dipped by tonkatsu sauce immediately after grilling finish.

Tender and juicy beef, tasty sides, quality wine. Not forgetting one of the creamiest tiramisu I’ve tried. Come and try it for yourself!

Went for early dinner on a Monday night and the ambience was great for a date. The highlight was definitely the two beef steaks we ordered. The wagyu beef was super tender, just melted in your mouth. The grass-fed ribeye was cooked to perfection. Not to mention the ovenbaked garlic and sauce was a spot on pairing with the beef. Finally, we rounded off the meal with the classic tiramisu, which was a nice touch, you have to get it.

Went to Ingleside for their dry aged meats and woodfire cooking and it did not disappoint. The Tajima Wagyu Picanha was beautifully prepared, marinated in shio koji and finished over a wood fire.

The sides were just as impressive. The sourdough with homemade miso butter was super unique and full of flavour, and the scallops were fresh and delicately done.

Ended with a deconstructed lemon meringue tart that was not too sweet, which is a big win by Asian standards. The buttery crust and tangy lemon curd made it a perfect finish.

Steaks were cooked well to desired doneness and the atmosphere was superb

Had the pleasure of trying out Ingleside last week, and we got a few items to share between me and my partner.

The sourdough and miso butter was a simple yet delicious pairing, with the umami of miso cutting through the richness of the butter!

We also tried the rockfish and steak. It was my first time trying rockfish, and it was delectable as well. The aging help to bring out more complex flavours in the rockfish and is definitely a must try!

Lastly, we also got the deconstructed lemon tart, which was balanced with just the right amount of tartness. Me and my partner wolfed it down so quickly!

Definitely a restaurant to go for special occasions, or if you just want to have some great food!
