The citrusy honey lemon hits just right, not too sweet, and the aiyu jelly is light and silky. The peach gum and popping boba adds that unique, bouncy texture and makes it feel extra wholesome. Served with slices of fresh lemon, this bowl not only tastes vibrant but looks as inviting as it feels on the palate. It’s light, cooling, and doesn’t leave you feeling heavy.
Its super refreshing, perfect for SG’s heat and even better, it’s redeemable with Burpple Beyond! (U.P. $7.90 Each)
Tender pork belly char siew with a sweet caramelised crust. The char siew strikes a balance between lean and fatty cuts.
The rice base isn’t exactly prefect but it absorbs the caramelised sauce well enough while the sous vide egg unfortunately lacks the expected runny yolk, slightly missing the mark on delivering that creamy richness.
I also ordered the fried king oyster mushroom but unfortunately, it doesn't quite hit the mark. While the mushroom are naturally juicy and earthy, the batter overwhelms the dish. The coating is excessively thick, muting the delicate, meaty texture and flavour of the mushrooms.

This raving review YTF stall lives up to be one of the best in SG! Heart warming broth and good range of ingredients.
From Pura Vida Cocina. Cheap and simple.
Theirs was more shiok than elsewhere probably because the individual parts were good.
From Pura Vida Cocina. Uncommon Mexican food stall in a hawker centre. Their servings have always looked strange because the rice quite little. But it's good food. The slab of meat was tender and fleshy, and the taste was unique.
Encik Tan's hawker branch. I was previously turned off by the stallholder, but stupidly returned. Every component of this meal was mediocre. It's not a responsible replica of Encik Tan. And I didn't want the fully cooked sunny side up but she didn't allow changing to sambal hard-boiled egg zzz.
The youtiao stall redeemed themselves with these. They previously caught my eye but they're not available every day. I loved the orh nee version. The crispy and creamy contrast was the magic, while the yam wasn't diluted. The other version is more like the savoury version. It was good too.
From M+ Fried Rice Paradise. I found out they're known for their prawn paste chicken so I revisited. It's good, but small, and so was the overall meal. Hangry.
Nett price. Prefer the honey lemon aiyu as there’s ice below so making the dessert cold. Love the black pearl & white pearls as toppings. The dessert is v refreshing. Wanted to try the milk shake but oos
I was expecting capellini but it tasted more like spaghetti. The pasta tasted sour, probably due to vinegar. It was abit dry too. The truffle was generous. The ebiko roe gave it a good texture. I would recommend to try the duck confit rather than this.
The skin was crispy. The meat was tender and comes off the bone easily. The mashed potato is smooth as well. Although the price is affordable, the portion is slightly small.
