Hototogisu Ramen (The Woodleigh Mall)

I like this chain for its seafood-heavy broths. Then I realised this outlet has a plain menu. Worse, the use of soft-shell crab and chilli crab sauce was really unwise. The deep-fried crab became soggy instantly, while the sauce swimming in the broth didn't add value and instead spoilt each other.
