($15.30) included salad + drink on weekdays lunch set. It's a been while never eat their pho. But I felt that their pho was quite smooth and chewy texture. So the soup broth still ok but v salty till the end of the meal. but i like their salad tbh very appetited.

The tomato soup with meat balls is pretty decent, tasted a little sweet and sour, comforting food I would say.

Adding on the bacon and cheese baguette for a meal cos the soup alone isnโ€™t that enough for me. The baguette was just right, not too hard to chew.

Overall, not bad.

Damage: $10.40

Tried the Salami Pizza at Yeast Side and itโ€™s really good. The sourdough crust is nice and crispy, and the salami on the pizza gives it that perfect kick. The cheese is just the right amount, and it all comes together really well. Definitely a pizza Iโ€™d come back for.

We had the Salami Pizza and the Foursome Cheese with Honey at Yeast Side, and both were fantastic. The sourdough crust was the perfect base, balancing the flavours of the toppings so well. The blue cheese on the Foursome with Honey pizza was a pleasant surpriseโ€”it went so well with the honey and other cheeses. The service was excellent, and weโ€™ll definitely come back if weโ€™re in the area.

Ordered the Chorizo Pasta and Halibut Sando. The pasta was macaroni in tomato sauce. It wasn't especially uniqur but it seems something good to pair with the sando. The pasta sournres was just nice to kill of any jelat from the sando. The halibut was fresh and tender. The sando was not dry at all. Recommend to give it a try.

I've had a craving for this new item since its release. Very good because brisket is brisket. I had also forgotten how fragrant their flatbread is. No regrets.

Snap Coffeeโ€™s Blueberry Matcha ($8.50): A fun combo with distinctive and bright berry flavour. It is a surprisingly pleasant alternative to the now standard pairing of strawberry and matcha.

(Hot) ($7.50) luckily i ask no sugar and got strong matcha taste and not much milky and creamy aftertaste.

($10 only applies on night time after 8 - 9 p.m.) consisted of tamago, ebi, pork katsu sando. I finally tried their sando after a long time. its quite nice tbh compared to local sando stores tbh. really authentic taste from Japan tbh. I did reheat based on google research ah so the taste really authentic one. Tamago taste like Japan version ; ebi got too much "batter"; pork katsu too tough tbh ;")

($8.50) i finally tried funan's bahn mi after my friend asked me out for takeaway. I felt that the bread was quite crispy and crunchy texture. But its serving portion for bahn mi was quite average tbh.

[KOVAN, SINGAPORE] @alkove.sg is known for their multiple promotions throughout the day, and I've finally tried their daily dinner set menu!

At around $25, depending on your main and top-ups, you get a really sizable meal with a starter, a side and a dessert. The mains are already quite huge, and my favourite among all I've tried is the Chicken Schnitzel ๐Ÿ” ($17.90) which was really enormous and the meat within is really tender and flavourful! The rice unfortunately did not have much garlic taste, but the meat sauce helped.

As for starters, the ciabatta with kombu butter ๐Ÿฅ– is lovely, as the bread was toasted well and paired deliciously with the umami spread ๐Ÿ˜‹ Get the mushroom chips as well as that provided a lovely crunch!

For sides, the Mala Potatoes ๐Ÿฅ” is the GOAT. Crispy potatoes with a mala sauce that tasted like lao ganma, this was addictive.

As for desserts, both the Brownie with Ice Cream ๐Ÿซ & Tiramisu โ˜• were good. The former was very rich and chocolatey and the latter had a strong coffee taste!

Indeed there were some misses from the items not mentioned, but overall it was a decent meal, and it was fun trying out so many different varieties of food! Where else can you get such variety at such a price?
