First time at Nai Nai, staff was friendly and attentive 👍 clean and comfortable atmosphere too.

Stars of the show 🌟🌟🌟
Youbu style egg cake pancake - crispy and fragrant, generous with their liao, delicious!

Their signature chicken and pork soup 10/10 hits the spot 🔥 flavorful and wholesome!

Shaoxing steamed soup dumplings was alright
Shredded pork mixed Noodles was mid

Traditional Style Double Boiled Pear with White Fungus - wasn't too sweet, generous with their ingredients

Guava and peach and lime roselle drinks were a tad bit too sweet

Tried the Spaghetti al Granchio and Oxtail Stew. Spaghetti was tangy and spicy. The Oxtail Stew sauce was just nice and the meat was so tender. will definitely try again.

the oxtail stew was amazing with really tender meat! Loved the tangy and spicy kick to the Spaghetti al granchio. The cafe has a really nice and chill atmosphere too!

Nice food at Seng House. Good vibes and atmosphere for dinner. The food also did not disappoint. I loved the hainanese pork chop, which was so soft and crispy. The chicken claypot rice is also hits the spot with the chili. Highly recommend for everyone to hit up this spot.

Atmosphere was very cosy tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood and what was presented and tasted was very authentic Hainanese western cuisine. Overall, I felt very welcomed and was well attended during the service as well!

Went with a friend and we ordered the Hainanese Pork Chop and Wat Dan Hor, as well as an apple crisp kombucha for myself and peach cooler for my friend. Service staff is very friendly and chill, my kombucha was great and you can tell they know what they are doing. Seng House is bringing Hainanese classic warmth into a modern Western style.

Wat Dan Hor has good thick gravy and servings of seafood. Would like to have more even more sides, sauces or depth on the hainanese pork chop, but appreciated the presentation nonetheless, and pork chop + fries being crispy/fresh.

Also managed to get quite a bit of work done before dinner, I would say a productive place in the East to get some work settled and then relax into the evening.

Would like to try the Oxtail stew and squid tentacles next time. Prob another kombucha? We'll see ~

the chicken soup was the star of the show, it was really flavourful and unique. we tried some other handmade dishes as well like the egg pancake and the soup dumplings, and we loved the boiled pear with white fungus for dessert as well. all in all delicious food you wont find anywhere else in sg!

we visited on a weekday night and the placed was packed.

we tried grandma’s secret dishes (medium) and we found the soup unique and not greasy, and its aroma was rich and comforting.

the shredded pork mixed noodles was nice and filling, the youbu style egg cake was packed with meat and also not too salty, and it was a great appetiser.

the steamed dumplings felt freshly made, and the portion of the drinks they gave is really generous.

this experience felt like we were having authentic jiangnan cuisine, and we would be back again for the soup!

Went with my friend last night, we shared the Hainanese Pork Chop and Wat Dan Hor. She also drank a kombucha and I had the peach cooler. Food came out pretty quickly and service was friendly. I loved how crispy the chips and fried goods were, you could tell it was freshly fried. Would’ve loved a bit more sauce personally for the pork chop dish but flavours were really nice. The seafood in the rice noodles were really fresh and the gravy was good, slightly-thick consistency (the way gravy should be!). We sat outdoors and found it a little loud, so maybe indoors is the go.

The portions were surprisingly generous! honestly enough for 2 pax to share comfortably.

Taste wise, I feel that their signature soup was the most tasty, with lots of filling as well. The boiled pear and white fungus was quite comforting when served warm, and was surprisingly filled to the brim with ingredients. But what really surprised me was the lime roselle tea. It was not only refreshing, but I also appreciate the fact that they used actual roselle and lime instead of just flavouring, which made the drink so much better!

I saw other table ordered some veggie dishes and soup, and I think I will order that for my next visit when I'm nearby as it looks really yummy!

Taste wise, I feel that the soup was the highlight of the meal.

Finally checked out Nai Nai Flavor (椿花奶奶) and wow, the 奶奶传承神仙鸡 (Grandma's Secret Dishes) really lived up to its name. The chicken was so tender it practically fell apart, and that soup — deep, rich umami that just hits you wave after wave. The kind of broth that makes you slow down and savour every spoonful. Presentation was a nice touch too; you eat with your eyes first, right?

The 游埠鸡子粿 (Youbu Style Egg Cake) was a pleasant surprise — crispy on the outside with this gorgeous blend of meat and spring onion inside. Every bite had that satisfying crunch followed by a burst of savoury goodness. We also got the 扬州炒饭 which honestly was the perfect way to round things off — lighter on the salt, so after all that umami it felt like a nice palate reset that still filled you up just right.

Washed everything down with the 芭乐水蜜桃 (Guava & Peach) — refreshing, not cloyingly sweet, exactly what you want after a hearty meal. Solid experience all around, definitely one I'd come back for. 🍲
