Their signature for a reason. The matcha cream is pretty good, it's filled to the brim with ingredients (the bread layer is actl quite thin) and the sweetness was balanced, quite muted

The view is gorgeous here on the 55th floor of Ion , the service was warm n detailed , they really made us feel well taken care of , and the steak was really grilled well Argentinian style !

Salmon quality is not top tier, also the skin is under grilled.

Still ok

Everything else above average except the shredded pickles

Fish was not bad, some parts of the skin were burnt. Saikyomiso had a bit of the funky taste

A pretty decent fish and set that is as good as you're GG to get in Singapore for this particular dish at this price

Ps no mushroom today, but I heard that's good too

Looks better than it tastes. The bread is abit dry, even tho the red bean and mochi were both fine

The ambience is a bit gloomy. Service is good, but the food is mediocre. We had kalbi, pork collar, kimchi beef stew, and seafood pancake. ALL are inferior to the Korean joints in Tanjong Pagar? Only convenient if you live in the Orchard Rd area and are too lazy to go far.

In addition to pot rice, they have recently added ginseng chicken, fried chicken, and some other Korean dishes (but no dog meat). The food is good, but a bit too pricey for what it is. Service is haphazard; we waited a long time and had to remind them to bring out our soju order.

This one’s a bit of a toss-up. The saba came out a little too fishy for me. It’s not quite the clean, briny hit I was hoping for. But if you’re into bold-flavoured mackerel, this might still be your thing.

The salmon okowa was the real win here. Light, savoury and mellow, with tender flakes of salmon tucked into chewy glutinous rice. Comforting without being heavy — an easy, satisfying bite.

It comes with the usual cabbage slaw, miso soup and tea. Nothing fancy but just enough to tie everything together for a fuss-free meal 》$16.90

The chicken teriyaki hits the spot with its familiar sweet-salty glaze and lightly charred edges that keep things tasty from start to finish. What makes this set stand out, though, is the unagi okowa — a seasonal dish of glutinous rice with chewy eel tucked into every bite. It’s savoury, warm and full of quiet depth.

Cabbage slaw, miso soup and tea round out the set. Simple sides that make it a hearty, no-fuss meal worth going back for 》$16.90 + $1 Unagi Okowa

Soy sauce base with fried garlic bits, ginger slices and coriander to enhance the flavours. It is thoroughly cleaned without fishiness. The fish I tried this time round as recommended by the stall owner did not turn out as tender. The texture was firm, with slightly rubbery skin and many more bones. Prawns are steamed fresh with the same base to bring out its natural flavour and sweetness.

Milk Cabbage (Nai Bai) 》$6
Prawns 》$8
