Tried the mentaiko salmon carbonara with ebiko
Love this pasta! The mentaiko and carbonara combination always work
It feels a little Jelat but disappears so quickly when itβs shared.
Tried their coffees as well β like the dirty sesame and iced latte.
Spent around $80 for two sandwiches and two pasta (2 one for one deals) and 4 drinks so a great meal!
One for one pasta β the portion is great.
The taste is pretty average but the portion does make up for it.
Chicken schnitzel and cubano:
Such a good portion and cool plating. The sandwiches are great β portions are great and the sourdough base is soft.
Was not stated in the T&C at all but the free bowl must be $11. I was informed only AFTER I already paid for the first bowl ($14) at the kiosk as guided by the staff.
($11.70) I wanted to eat rendang chicken; 5 veg (cabbage, cucumbers, iceberg lettuce, onions, tomatoes); 4 sides (cream macaroni, chipotle potato, butter corn, edamame); nacho chips (add-on); 2 sauces (honey mustard and yuzu sesame) it's my first time that i feel bloated and full after eating rendang chicken.
[BISHAN, SINGAPORE] A halal cafe that opens till the wee hours, @goodbitessg is a place you can consider for your family or friends gatherings. With a relatively large menu, we tried a couple of dishes and these are what we liked:
Baked Salmon π($19.90) - for the salmon lovers, this is a good order! The salmon itself was soft, fatty and yet not overcooked. The mashed potato was smooth and well seasoned, but can get abit salty towards the end.
Seafood Salted Egg Pasta π ($16.50) - the salted egg flavour may not be very strong, but it isn't too surfeiting as well. Pasta was al dente, seafood was relatively fresh!
Seafood Chilli Crab Pasta π ($16.50) - for the spicy lovers, this is for you. We asked them to lower the spice but it's still very fiery π₯ the sweet chilli sauce is addictive, but I had to take big gulps of water πΈ
Molten Lava Chocolate Cake π« ($12.90) - to cool off the spice, this will be your go-to. The chocolate lava cake was indeed very molten, and pairs well with the vanilla ice cream given!
Premium Iced TeaπΉ($9.90) - these were very decent, with good aromatic flavour without being too sweet.
A cafe option to consider if you are in the vicinity π thank you @goodbitessg for the invite and @eatwithkeat for joining me in this feast π
($38.50) (40% Off) I felt that their sliced vegetables especially carrot and cucumber was too much thick in size instead of thin version. Salmon was quite normal tbh
Chicken was tender & pairs super well w sambal. Love the texture of the sweet potato glass noods too!
lies. im in much pain want to eat something also so difficult. multiple platforms say you open until 8+pm. i made a detour just to eat something to feel better despite my injury and the malay guy running that stall said you close at 7pm. i got there slightly past 7 already can see everything is cleaned up & cleared. stop lying to people you causing your patrons inconveniences
soooooo soft & smoky omg i was literally in love. only downside is that the salad bar is not as extensive as the other outlets :")
i got the chargrilled chicken teriyaki popiah, mushroom soup and focaccia. would suggest to pick a drink instead of the bread, but the popiah and soup were so good!
