[FARRER PARK, SINGAPORE] Found another quality Chinese dessert cafe that I will be back again to try out many more of their selections 😍

They are famous for their roasted milk tea, which we got the Osmanthus 🌼 version ($13.90). It may seem expensive, but 1 pot can feed about 2-3 pax. This is meant to drink hot, and you can really taste the amount of quality ingredients in this. It was strong yet fragrant, with just a slight sweetness. At first I wasn't really drawn to the tea, but it slowly grew on me as I appreciated the fresh tea flavours.

If you are not a tea person, fret not as they have great desserts too. One of their famous ones is their Taro Mochi 🍠🍡 ($6.90). You might be thinking about mochi balls, but it's actually the velvety, smooth yet slightly chewy white layer on top. Digging into this reveals a bed of orh nee which was not too sweet and was smooth as well.

I'm glad that their desserts lean towards being less sweet, which is great knowing it's not too sinful to have their desserts. Can't wait to come back to try more items! 🤤

Visited the Yeast Side outlet at lyf Farrer Park, a short walk from Farrer Park MRT exit G. Tried the Truffle Shrooms Sourdough Pizza, Burrata Salad and Spicy Popcorn Chicken. The food was really tasty and would come back again to try the other Pizzas!

Obsessed with the mentaiko fries (tater tot vibes), prosciutto and arugula pizza and the earl grey lychee cold brew. The foam matcha was subtle but so good too!

I really enjoyed the prosciutto arugula pizza, it had that nice balance of salty and fresh that makes you want to keep going back for another slice. The earl grey lychee tea was great, fragrant but still light and refreshing . The mentaiko fries were tasty, and the hojicha with cream was comforting in a subtle way, cream is not too sweet.

Highly rec the Smashed Beef and Mr Crabs focaccia sandwiches! The beef was really filling and satisfying and the crab one was appetising and so so good. Matcha was nice too! This is a nice little brunch spot with friends.

loved the focaccia crab!! the hash brown was so crispy, i was making sounds of satiation everytime time i bit in. got hojicha foam latte which was super nice complement to the meal

A solid brunch spot I’ll happily revisit 😋 The Mr Crabs sandwich was packed with flavour, and the Salmon Burrata felt so fresh and creamy. Great coffee, chill vibes, and good food — what more to ask for 💕☕

We ordered the Mr Crabs and Salmon Burrata sandwiches, paired with White Foam and Hojicha Foam drinks — and everything hit just right! ✨
The Mr Crabs 🦀 stood out with its juicy crab meat and crunchy hash brown layered with green harissa — a satisfying mix of textures and spice.

The Salmon Burrata 🐟felt more indulgent, with smoky salmon balanced by creamy burrata and herby pesto. Both sandwiches were flavourful yet not overly heavy.
The Foam drinks were a pleasant surprise — the White Foam had a silky sweetness that paired beautifully with the savoury sandwiches, while the Hojicha Foam offered that earthy roasted tea note I love. Overall, a well-balanced brunch that felt both comforting and satisfying!

Chilled D24 durian mousse. I didn’t try this — I don’t eat durian, so no idea how it tastes.

Peranakan classic of ripe banana, sweet potato, creamy coconut milk, and gula melaka. Served chilled or warm — I had it chilled. Not your usual pengat since it’s banana-based. Moderately sweet. Felt the coconut milk masked the banana taste, and the sweet potato wasn’t soft enough.

Chilled sago pudding with gula melaka syrup and coconut milk. Heavy, condensed sago bits and flavour. A bit tangy. Hmmm… weird.

Fermented rice pancakes with banana compote. Limited daily quantities. That banana compote is good — rich, sweet banana flavour paired with fluffy, chewy rice cake for the full experience.
