Tried Market Bistro recently and ordered the ribeye, duck confit, fried baby squid with sriracha mayo, and tiramisu.

The ribeye was nicely seasoned and cooked medium as requested, with pesto that paired well with the meat. The duck confit was tender and served with a flavourful glaze and creamy mashed potatoes.

The fried baby squid was chewy and savoury, with the sriracha mayo and lime adding a refreshing touch. The tiramisu was soft and balanced, with light cream and fluffy ladyfingers.

Service was quick and attentive, with staff checking in often and topping up our water. Overall, a very pleasant meal.

Great no-frills dining. If you are looking for an authentic filling meal with fried seaweed beancurd, prawn rolls, radish omelette and fish maw collagen soup, Tan Ser Leng Herb Restaurant is the place to be! The fish maw soup was filled with herbs giving it a delicious and traditional herbal taste.

Atmosphere was great too, the air ventilation was good as there were ample fans. Would recommend!

Great food and atmosphere! The sandwich with crab was filled with hash brown, the crab meat was also really fresh. Overall, visit this place if you want a sandwich that slaps!

Chicken wing with garlic and parsley dip was really crispy and tasty too, definitely worth a try.

The hojicha / matcha foam was really tasty too, easily one of the best I have had!

Atmosphere was chill and quiet enough to hold long conversations. Would recommend!

Food was top tier and ambience was nothing short of fantastic.

The grilled ostra regal oyster was so juicy and succulent; paired with the lime cheek, it was simply a match made in heaven.

The 16 Days Dry-aged kingfish loin with green goddess as well as the jumbo tiger prawns were also fresh and tasty.

Other notable orders which are highly recommended include burnt toast ice cream sandwich, prawn toast and octopus

The Hawaii-Not was really delicious with sweet and creamy notes, evident from the generous portions of red onions, ham and pineapple chutney.

The Linguini Aglio Olio with Prawns was really tasty, the linguin was al-dente, doused with garlic and fresh succulent prawns.

Ending off the meal was a perfect cheesecake paired with a sweet strawberry and a douse of cream. Hearty meal!

Lest I forget, the service was immaculate to say the least, the staff was professional and helpful in recommending their signatures and the serving of the food was really expeditious. Would recommend!

If you're looking for premium-quality salmon without the premium price tag, Salmon Warrior delivers exactly that. I was honestly surprised by how fresh and flavorful the Salmon were—rich in taste, firm in texture, and perfect for everything from searing to sashimi.

The tamago was also wonderfully cooked, the fillings were appetising, perfect for pairing with the don.

Will be back again!

The vibes were nothing short of immaculate - cosy, clean, paired with ambient lighting, tucked in a quaint street along Tanjong Pagar.

If the vibes were 10/10, the food was easily a 11/10.

Had the lumina lamb loin and the lampoon iberico chuletero pork. Both were grilled to perfection, soft and tender on the inside. The dressing was also well-balanced, effectively bringing the freshness of the cuts while preserving the flavours. Perfect meal!
