Is a local dish truly complete without the perfect chili sauce? 🇸🇬🌶️

Tried the famous Vegan Orh Luak at Flavours by Sauté in Funan Mall, and while the texture is beautifully starchy and crispy at the edges, the house-made specialty chili is the absolute star of the show. It's sharp, tangy, and elevates the whole plate.

The best part? The entire dish is 100% plant-based, dairy-free, and egg-free (crafted with no alliums), making it a spectacular alternative that even meat-lovers will obsess over.

Vegan Orh Luah at Flavours at Saute 😋

Orh Luah is one of the dishes that I would never thought that it could be vegan, as it always contain egg or oysters. Saute managed to concoct a unique recipe for a vegan orh luah 😱 Absolutely insane, the taste is fantastic, coupled with the restaurant’s unique chilli , woahhh ☺️☺️

100% recommended for all vegans who wants a go at some unique vegan cuisines 😍

Saute is fully vegetarian with no alliums. For eggless and vegan options, please take note to order dishes with no egg or with vegan options.

Conveniently located near City Hall MRT (EW13) with a linkway from the MRT straight to Funan Mall.

A pot of bold, spicy broth infused with Sichuan peppercorns, bringing that signature numbing heat. Loaded with mushrooms, tofu, fresh greens and tofu puffs that soaked up the fiery soup. Each ingredient carried the broth’s depth in its own way. The spice was strong yet balanced, making it hearty and comforting especially when paired with rice on the side 》$16.50

A rich, herbal broth simmered with lion’s mane mushrooms, tofu, black fungus, shimeji, enoki and fresh greens, carrying that earthy depth of black kut teh. The lion’s mane gave a hearty and meaty bite, soaking up the soup’s flavours beautifully. Served with you tiao for dipping and purple rice. The rice was a little dry but worked fine when paired with the comforting broth 》$16.90

The portions were sufficient and after the promotions, it’s very worth it to come here.

($16.90) I use 1 for 1 burpple voucher for main dish to redeem. I opt out noodle for side dish. But I felt that not much "pepper" taste as opt out for less spicy in flavour. They give a lot of ingredients inside hotpot such as lettuce, fungi mushroom, lion mane, tofu and sliced carrots. I did enjoy the experience for mini hotpot while they cooked ingredients to the boil. Their you tiao was quite crispy and can dip into the soup broth.
