($6.30) its quite ok and decent as the cheese sauce is not much on the burger itself.
These wings were the clear standout. Perfectly crispy and juicy, easily the reason people queue. The bee hoon was decent, light and simple while the wu xiang, long beans and fishcake added variety and balance. Altogether, itโs a fuss-free plate that hits the spot when youโre craving classic hawker comfort.

($64.50) consisted of 6 pieces lemon pepper boneless wing (high recommended by my sister so she told me that it's quite sour and savoury taste); 6 pieces Louisiana rub boneless wing (high recommended by wingstop as it's mild spicy taste); 6 pieces garlic parmesan classic wing (high recommended by wingstop as it's cheesy and savoury taste); 6 pieces teriyaki classic wing (it's sweet and smoky taste); 6 pieces lemon pepper tenders (high recommended by my sister so she told me that it's quite sour and savoury taste and also felt that it's got dry aftertaste); mushroom fritters (large) (high recommended by my sister so she told me that it's high recommendation from her friend but then like a bit soggy aftertaste); voodoo fries (large) (high recommended by my sister so she told me that it's high recommendation from her friend but then like a bit soggy aftertaste; curly fries (large) (felt that it's got dry aftertaste); coleslaw (large) (too thick sauce inside the coleslaw) ; 4 ranches (also thick sauce same as coleslaw too).
Singaporeโs OG chicken wings done well ($3.20 for 2)
Summer Hill is the perfect retreat for a cozy brunch, offering a relaxed ambiance, warm service, and a brunch trolley filled with thoughtfully crafted dishes.
From the freshly baked baguette to the smoky piperade of roasted red peppers and tomatoes, each dish shines. The juicy Cherry & Port Glazed Ham, roasted with brown sugar and cloves, delivers the perfect sweet-savory balance, while the rich Bordelaise Egg Cocotte combines soft eggs with Gruyรจre cheese and cream. Seafood lovers will enjoy the briny sweetness of Clam "Mouclade", with live clams simmered in cream and spices. For hearty flavors, the Poulet Moutarde et Miel, grilled chicken in honey, Dijon mustard, and herbs, is a standout.
Other delights include the creamy smoked salmon rillettes, rustic patรฉ de campagne, wild mushroom conserva, and a refreshing pear and Roquefort salad. End the meal with treats from the dessert trolley, like the Pear Frangipane Tart or Flourless Chocolate Chestnut Cake.
Summer Hillโs rustic dishes, combined with its charming atmosphere, make it an ideal spot for an indulgent weekend brunch. Itโs an experience that blends comfort, flavor, and expert craftsmanship.
From Eng Kee Chicken Wing
Had tried the fried chicken wing over beehoon with fried beancurd at a neighbourhood coffeeshop, and it was a satisfying and flavourful meal!
The crispy fried chicken wing paired perfectly with the light and springy beehoon, while the fried beancurd added a delightful textural contrast.
Great value for money and definitely a recommended comfort food option!
Part of the Autumn Abundance brunch trolley. Food is served course by course, and at the end, you may request for extra servings. It's more like a meal at chef Anthony Yeoh's home than a buffet. He personally served many of the dishes, explaining them at each table. I was impressed. Between these desserts, I liked the tart much more. It's small but rich. The chocolate used was Valrhona Araguani 72% but I hate flourless cakes hahaha.

He personally served many of the dishes, explaining them at each table. I was impressed. But this dessert was not my cup of tea, because it's spiced with clove, cinnamon and nutmeg.
An off-menu complimentary dish of the brunch trolley. I have eaten a lot of good beef and this ranked up there. The meat was beefy, gamey and instantly transported my senses to a farm. The herb butter was equally good.

Part of the Autumn Abundance brunch trolley. Salt pork belly in lentil soup. Food is served course by course, and at the end, you may request for extra servings. It's more like a meal at chef Anthony Yeoh's home than a buffet. He personally served many of the dishes, explaining them at each table. I was impressed. This came last and was the most elaborate. But lentil soup and putting a separately seasoned and separately cooked meat in it is very European, in a bad way, and I wasn't convinced. Chef encouraged diners to try chabrot, by pouring some wine into this bowl to finish the meal.
