Don’t be fooled by the surface — everything’s tucked under that gloriously rich and thick nutty sauce. And yes, it’s so addictive. Dig a little deeper and you’ll uncover a treasure trove of goodness including cockles, crunchy cuttlefish, sliced pork, tau pok [a.k.a. fried beancurd puffs], kangkong, bee hoon [a.k.a. rice vermicelli] (sans beansprouts!) and the star for me? That decadently tender pork liver, cooked to perfection. Yums! 😋

Sumptuous leg. Fall-off-the-bone tender. Decent gravy. But one-dimensional as there's nothing beyond the meat.

Had a splendid dinner here last Wednesday with my friend ! The food was served promptly and they were all really delicious (: we got the sweet and sour pork, shrimp paste fried wings, and a brinjal dish cooked with minced meat & fish served with rice + Taiwan porridge, definitely recommend trying these ! would also come back for more in the future !

Strong brew coffee which is not bitter or acidic & not overly milky..

Panna cotta is firm, smooth & rich with milk taste; not overly sweet; topped with fresh berries..

Smooth texture with natural sweetness; love that it came without cream..

Al-dente pasta tossed with crab meat & chilli; taste peppery & tad salty; topped with pine nuts & crispy garlic

Sourdough pizza is soft inside & crispy at the edges; topped with a variety of crunchy wild mushrooms, garlic, cordyceps & truffle cream cheese; love how well each ingredients complement one another especially the truffle rich cream cheese which is creamy yet not surfeiting; worth a try..

Bustling on a Saturday lunchtime period, but the place quickly empties out at a certain time (I'm guessing it's when the kids' afternoon enrichment classes start). They do a variety of local SG favourites - we tried the curry chicken cutlet rice, fried beehoon, prawn mee, and prawn mee sua. Prawn mee broth was delicious, with tons of ingredients within, although i preferred the beehoon instead of the mee sua. The 2 bowls of prawn mee plus a hot milo and teh c ice only came up to $18.40. Pretty worth it. Ambience was also clean and bright, perfect for weekend chat sessions.
