Bom was bom but the kosong was poor. It's neither crispy nor fluffy and quite bland.
I insisted on icing my teh halia and it's quite a nice drink. Because ginger should always be in moderation.
Top priority. Unfortunately it didn't hit the high expectations. It's just prata drenched in curry and sambal plus soft eggs. It's enjoyable enough, but why use old prata and not fresh prata?
Popular among the locals, Nasi Kandar Pelita is one of the largest nasi kandar restaurant chains and operates around the clock. It is especially comforting to eat nasi kandar for supper before heading to bed, with my standard order of ayam goreng, sayur kobis and telur masin, finishing with kuah campur over the rice. Bonus picture and additional order of a type of roti canai order that is not commonly seen elsewhere. There might be various ways to order it, but I usually call it the prata tsunami.
The thosai has a nice aroma to it with every bite, partly thanks to the fennel.
The condiments (Sri Lankan curry, dhal, and fried coconut) just add into the experience.
I must commend this place for serving up such tasty Sri Lankan cuisine this early in the morning
Just the right amount of spice and earthiness, paired with the chutney this makes for such a delectable snack
Spicy and aromatic ginger tea.
Just my type
This is a specialty dish only available during the Guinness flavour by fire event
This is the best naan and tandoori you can find in Malacca! Advised not to order the plain naan, cuz it really taste nothing and you might need alot of dhall or curry to finish it together. I usually order Garlic butter naan, or cheese naan. There are few choices you may try too, check it out the menu yourself! #tandoori #chicken #naan #mamak #malacca
Always the best
We ordered the Chicken Masala Tosai and the Idli and it was sooo soo good! The chicken masala Tosai was crispy and the stuffed chicken masala was spicy and flavorful! Mind you it’s not your typical mamak food.! It’s a little on a pricy side.! Chicken Masala Tosai is RM 14 but it’s so worth it! We also ordere the Mango lassi (RM9) one of the best ove tasted!
The curry selection are a little different but it’s still good!
