This was a warm, saucy delight. The spiced tomato base had a nice kick and the eggs were perfectly runny, ideal for scooping up with the crusty sourdough. Loved the mix of onion and capsicum for that extra depth. It’s the kind of dish that makes you slow down and savour every bite 》RM25

The cheese is too much, pesto doesn't come thru enough, mushrooms were good.

However the sourdough is really good. Very, very crunchy. light and airy at the same time.

One of the vegetarian restaurants you can find in JB, Roots Bistro focuses much on the fusion cuisine of meatless foods here.

To suit the local taste, they also have a few Asian style of meatless foods such as this pasta.

Served just exactly like a normal laksa, but using pasta as the noodle. Lemak and spicy enough.

I'm so glad they opened in Pelangi, now I'm only 10 minutes away this awesome dish!

The smoke duck is tender and flavourful, with good balance from the al dente Aglio olio

Ok this is something I did not expect.

Sparkling Ginger + coffee, I expect it to taste as such, but! Somehow it has a pleasant savoriness to it, almost like a venison or beef and ginger dish that you can get in Chinese restaurants, with a hint of coffee.

It's not bad, it's just very unique, savory coffee could just be my kind of thing

Visited this cozy little Italian restaurant opposite Amari Hotel, JB. Parking at Amari makes it convenient. We ordered pizza too. Burpple Beyond one-for-one can be used for pizza too. For an additional RM 6 you're given a mushroom soup and choice of gourmet coffee. Worth a visit when in JB.

This place has great ambience. Other than a nice place for a drink, the restaurant serves refined and quality local and Asian food. It is one of three Burpple Beyond restaurants in Putri Cove, a waterfront development facing the Straits of Johor within the Iskandar Putri new zone. Definitely worth a visit.
