They're just different from the rest. The skin is ABIT hard which works. The salted egg yolk was firm yet not too hard/dry, with just a hint of salt to complement the lotus paste well. The lotus paste itself is more refined than your run of the mill mooncakes yet still very satisfying

With natadecoco. It's pretty decent if a little too sweet

The ice cream sucks and the cake cream was frozen

It's quite good, but it's very annoying to cook. They said 15-20mins but I think it took 25

The first time we took it out it still tasted very iron-y(about 20mins? in)

Skip this. This is too difficult to cook, so easily overcooked till too hard

Second plate of pork goes only for 9.9++, hence we got 2. That's a bad decision, cos it's not particularly good

Mutton was good tho. It's tender and has only a tad of bite

Both were alright, both can skip

Prawn paste is goated here. Esp because you can't overcook it. Bouncy texture and good flavour

Duck blood was excellent too

Dory was well marinated and super tender

These 3 are all must gets

Both soups were alright on their own but ABIT too mild as a hotpot base

Average, it's quite diluted

It's their normal ckn base with kampung ckn cooked inside. Feeds 3-4, the taste is exactly the same as their plain porridge

There's half a kampung ckn inside, it's got more bite than the normal white ckn
