The Soup Spoon Union (The Metropolis)

i’m usually not a fan of salad bowls, but decided to give this one from The Salad Fork a try!! for $13.80, it consisted of teriyaki chicken thigh, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, sweet corn, shredded carrot and dried cranberries on a bed of soba and arugula, topped with roasted sesame dressing and seaweed flakes. the flavours blended well together — sweetness from the corn and carrots, and sourness from the dried cranberries and cherry tomatoes. the chicken was well cooked and moist, with just the right amount of teriyaki sauce. the only thing was that the amount of sesame dressing was a bit too much, so the dish got jelak after a while. overall, a pretty good (and healthy) bowl!
