Had the Lampino Iberico Chuletero, and it was the best dish i've ever eaten. the pork was cooked to exactly my liking and they even allowed us to substitute the beef garum to butter as i do not eat beef. was served by the most wonderful waiter as well, thank you Mateo!
Had a fantastic dinner here! The staffs were friendly, attentive and well knowledgeable about the menu. Had the sourdough bread to start, the fermented miso butter that came with it was flavourful and paired really well with the bread
For mains i had the Wagyu Picanha that was tender and perfectly medium rare
Also had the lemon ginger spritz that was flavourful but not overpowering
Finally got around to trying this place. So worth it.
The sourdough + fermented butter? So simple but actually really good. Could’ve eaten a loaf on my own.
We had the Iberico Chuletero — super flavourful, and all the sides with it just worked (pickled mushrooms, charred corn, that smoky purée).
Also got a lemon ginger spritz — refreshing, not too sweet.
Overall, chill spot, great food. Def bringing someone back here.
The vibes were nothing short of immaculate - cosy, clean, paired with ambient lighting, tucked in a quaint street along Tanjong Pagar.
If the vibes were 10/10, the food was easily a 11/10.
Had the lumina lamb loin and the lampoon iberico chuletero pork. Both were grilled to perfection, soft and tender on the inside. The dressing was also well-balanced, effectively bringing the freshness of the cuts while preserving the flavours. Perfect meal!
Received wonderful service from the team. The wood fired dishes were simple but delicious, and we could tell how much thought went into curating them. Really enjoyable dining experience!
The ambience of the restaurant was quite intimate and pleasant! The staff was very well-versed with each dish as they were very helpful in explaining each dish to us and the type of taste profile we can expect. It was definitely a notch from the other restaurants that I’ve visited. Had the chance to try the truffle toast and the wagyu picanha, and it certainly did not disappoint! The truffle toast had the foie gras mousse which was topped off with fresh truffles that paired perfectly with each other. The picanha was cooked to perfection of medium rare that was tender and juicy. The smokiness from the woodfired style of cooking added a fragrant to the protein. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for an intimate and classy restaurant in town!
