Their new ala carte buffet. I can't remember encountering this variety of pasta. Interesting approach, cream pasta topped with tomato sauce. I'm not a fan of tomato pasta but I applaud the freshness. My other thought is French cuisine is very rich to be buffet, and I couldn't eat as much as I wanted!

Their new ala carte buffet. This dish their skills truly came out. I loved it. My other thought is French cuisine is very rich to be buffet, and I couldn't eat as much as I wanted!

Their new ala carte buffet. This is topped with truffle cream. Nice though it's more solid than liquid. My other thought is French cuisine is very rich to be buffet, and I couldn't eat as much as I wanted!

Their new ala carte buffet. They use grass-fed striploin, together with handcrafted fries and a very interesting brandy peppercorn sauce. My medium-done steak was poor, maybe I should've gone medium rare. But the fries were top. My other thought is French cuisine is very rich to be buffet, and I couldn't eat as much as I wanted!

Their new ala carte buffet. This came with duck fat potato sarladaise, spring vegetables, l’orange sauce. The duck had decent flavour but not the tenderness of other duck confits I've had, and neither the crispy skin, so I definitely expected better. My other thought is French cuisine is very rich to be buffet, and I couldn't eat as much as I wanted!

The al-dente squid ink tagliatelle has just the right bite, complemented by tender crab meat and bursts of juicy cherry tomatoes. A bright, tangy sauce ties it all together, delivering a fresh and well-balanced finish that keeps each forkful delightful 》$28
