The Pizza Pasta Project (Stars of Kovan)

Prices at this kiosk are unreasonably high and I don't usually like penne. But guess what, it's surprisingly good. Whoever's behind this project knows how to do pasta.

Pulled pork chunks instead of shredded ones, and also had cheddar cheese sauce, red onions, lettuce, rainbow slaw in this brioche bun sando.

Liked that the bulgogi was well-marinated, and the bun itself was so soft and nicely buttered!! Defo enjoyed this more than the pulled pork one, altho some bulgogi pieces were slightly more chewy!

This was super creamy - I loved the flavour of the cream here, although pancetta was a little too fatty and chewy for me.

Interesting because there's cranberries here, paired with Caramelised onions, Beef Ragu, mozzarella cheese and ricotta cheese. Cheese flavour isn't v strong here, mainly more for the tomato flavours.

🌟 Classic Tokyo Teriyaki Pizza ($15)
If you're a fan of teriyaki sauce, don't give this a miss! Sweet Teriyaki sauce made the pizza so flavourful and the addition of mushrooms also provided a good slight chewy-crunchy texture! Pizza dough was soft and slightly chewy, overall q enjoyable!
