Visited One Prawn & Co to have a dinner date with my wife. We tried the [Chef Selection] whereby the chef decides the dishes for us.
The dishes were tastefully presented beyond my expectations and more importantly the dishes are aligned to my taste. Out of the 8 dishes that were served, my top 3 favourites are Sourdough with Seaweed Butter, Octopus with Assam sauce and Black Cod & Seaweed Porridge.
The sourdough was grilled in the wood-fire oven and gave a smoky taste which pairs well with the smooth seaweed butter & honey.
I am surprised by the bold matching of the Octopus and the Assam sauce. This dish is mildly spicy but the taste is simply delicious and satisfying.
The black cod is perfectly grilled with the charred skin texture and the meat is buttery, soft and sweet. It goes well with the porridge.

Our taste buds were in symphony yesterday!!! We had dinner at One Prawn and Co with chef select. The cuisines served were really impeccable! The sourdough with seaweed butter and honey, the prawn toast (perfect mixture of texture with aioli), the comforting wild caught black cod seaweed porridge with wonton chips, the octopus assam hummus (intriguing combination) etc. The staff were friendly, engaging and knowledgeable too.

Grab a few friends and head your way to One Prawn and Co now.

What an amazing dining experience! Went for a Sunday dinner and was lucky enough to sit at the counter to watch Chef Gwyneth run her service. Incredible flavours all around!

MVP dishes for me were the prawn toast, monkfish w/ cashew curry and jumbo prawns.

Had a fun time here with my partner! Food was immaculate and I really appreciate the restaurant’s beautiful interior

First visit to One Prawn & Co, made reservation for two for the evening.

We were being directed to the counter where we get to see the chefs perform their magic on the dishes.

Ordered the Prawn Toast & Aioli and the Beef Bulgogi and Bafun Uni for starters. Prawn Toast was super crispy and the prawn paste was super juicy. Beef Bulgogi has a generous amount of Uni served too.

For mains, my partner and I had the RibEye and the Kingfish Head. We were extremely surprised at the size of the Fish head, it was fresh and well cooked, seasoning was well flavoured too. For the RibEye, it was well grilled, with a tint of smoked taste and juicy inside.

All in all, highly recommend this restaurant. Staff was friendly and responsive to any request and it was just so interesting to witness the preparation behind the scene.

Was recommended by a friend to visit this place and oh my days it was one of the best decision i made. Was greeted by a warm welcome and seated at the bar top table. Had the love letter, prawn toast, sourdough bread and the kingfish to start. Everything was insanely good and the kingfish really stand out for me. It was smoked to perfection and with just the right amount of salt and sauce to accompany it. Had to add on the carrot cake as it was recommended by the staff and it was amazing. It has a very unique twist and the spot prawns that came with it was so fresh and sweet. Ended off the meal with the smoked ice cream and kaya cream and the first mouth of it blew my mind away. Dont usually enjoy sweet stuff but i demolished the ice cream. It was smoky and not too sweet. The kaya cream added a lovely touch and never really expected to be served kaya with ice cream. Overall, it was a super good experience and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would recommend everyone to really head down and try the food yourself!
