Delicious from start to finish. The crab croquette was crunchy and creamy and Prawn toast was flavourful and crispy. The ribeye steak was cooked exactly right and full of flavor, paired with sweet papaya salad. The haddock burger was fresh and not too heavy. Would happily eat this again.
Crab croquette was crispy and filled with legit crab. We also had the ribeye, which server showed us before preparing it to a perfect medium as requested.
The service was top tier from the chef to the servers. Food was also excellant especially the jumbo prawn and the dry aged kingfish. It tasted like cooked sashimi. The sauce that they complement the food with is also perfect. For the cocktails I ordered the one in Chinese and it was 1 of the best cocktails i have tasted. 10/10 would come back again with my family
Had a fantastic dinner here! The ambience at is clean, minimalistic, and effortlessly modern. It's perfect for a relaxed yet elevated dining experience. The service was attentive and genuinely top-notch, and the food — simply outstanding. I especially loved the prawn toast, octopus, and jumbo tiger prawns — all bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The sourdough with seaweed butter and honey was an unexpected highlight — unique, indulgent, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend for a memorable and satisfying dining experience!
One Prawn & Co delivers a satisfying, elevated take on Singaporean seafood favourites, blending tradition with refined technique. While they’re best known for their prawn noodles, the entire menu reflects a deep respect for local flavours—and a willingness to push them further.
The seafood is unquestionably fresh, from the plump prawns and clams to the handmade prawn balls and fish slices. What really sets their dishes apart is the bold, smoky broth that forms the base of many items—rich, complex, and clearly the product of hours of careful simmering. It’s the kind of umami bomb that makes you stop mid-conversation just to savour the moment. A must-visit for anyone who loves Singaporean seafood, especially those who appreciate a chef-driven approach to hawker classics.
The location was slightly inaccessible but worth the trip. Ambience was nice and cozy, slightly dim lights, and very polite staff. The food were served surprisingly fast. Their Live Australian Lobster Poached Rice was absolutely amazing. The lobster was fresh and succulent, and the soup was so umami! Worth the trip down.
