Paired with a glass of their recommended red wine, the steak and lamb cuts simply compliments each other well! Every dish felt intentional to bring out the best of their flavours!

Had one of the most savoury and rich meals here, food and service was impeccable. Steaks were a must try, this vodka baba was also delicious

I recently had dinner at Meadesmoore and it was one of the best steaks I have honestly had in Singapore! We started with Sourdough bread either burnt leek and onion butter and the bread was hearty and crispy yet pillowy soft and the butter had a slight tang that was delicious and comforting! We also had the Roasted French Scallop which was fresh and slightly sweet with the savoury skordalia and wagyu XO sauce. It paired really well! For our main we had the Undercut, Sierra and Denver steaks and it was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy, exactly the way a steak should be. The beef had a hint of smokiness and had us going back bite after bite. It was perfectly tender with a slight chew, and the meat tears away easily when u bite into it. The signature house wine sauce and sauce on the side was also amazing and it added another level to savour. We also had the side of Mac and Cheese and I personally loved the extra crispiness on top of the dish, with the creaminess of the 4 types of cheese complementing one another. Lastly, for dessert, we had the Tiramisu and they made it so well, with the cream cloud infused with the taste of brandy yet staying so light. Each bite was wonderful and packed with the familiar espresso flavour, and it was the perfect way to end the meal. I highly recommend trying Meadesmoore!

Amazing food and service! What really sets them apart is their focus on unique, lesser-known cuts of beef, and grilling it over charcoal imparts a char and smokiness that is hard to find. The meat was cooked to absolute perfection: juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. Trying the Meadesmoore Cut was something I had never experienced before, and it completely blew me away.

Appetisers and the sides were also extremely well executed, and you can really see the care and attention to detail the establishment takes into each plate of food. Shoutout to the staff too, who took the time to explain the different cuts and make great recommendations. Will be back soon!

A memorable meal centered around big flavors and great cuts at Meadesmoore. Their focus on communal dining concept plates works wonderfully—the F1 Wagyu Picanha MBS 4/5 cooked to ideal doneness and the vodka baba dessert were superb!

Fantastic visit to Meadesmoore. The vibrant atmosphere paired with their elevated sharing plates makes it a top choice for meat lovers—especially the refreshing oyster aguachile and the F1 Wagyu Denver MBS 6/7 served at perfect doneness.
