There was plenty of mushrooms together with edamames and water chestnuts which provided an extra crunch so that eating the pasta was never boring, with the textures unexpectedly different for various mouthfuls. Taste-wise I felt that they didn't quite go together though 😂

Juicy slices of kimchi gave a nice texture contrast to the al dente strands of spaghetti. The spice was addictive but not too overwhelming. Comes with a rather generous portion of crispy pork belly too! 😊 Already value for money but all the more if you have #burpplebeyond or #entertainerapp !

Was recommended this Traditional Bolognese ($13) and I'm glad i took their recommendation because I was actually pleasantly surprised by how much I liked the pasta! I'm usually quite hesitant about bolognese by the way, because I hate it when my pasta is smothered in heavy tomato sauce that leaves me in a sodium overkill state.
The spaghetti was perfectly al dente and I felt that the sauce-pasta ratio was just nice, with the sauce being flavourful enough yet not too heavy. Also comes with a runny egg for you to mix in! Talk about yumz! I'll definitely be back for more. The prices here are actually quite affordable, with the more fanciful/interesting fusion pastas being just $15. With 1 for 1, its really so damn value for money!

They looked really promising but I was sorely disappointed upon cutting the meatballs apart because... I was at least expecting a certain level of cheesiness, which you can see in the 2nd pic was clearly lacking sorely in.
Besides the lack of cheesiness, the meatballs were really dry and gamey and could definitely have used more seasoning, though that is just a personal preference! I really enjoyed the spaghetti though, being perfectly al dente, providing nice bite and I savoured every strand happily.
I would like to commend @ettosg 's staff actually, because they were really receptive towards our feedback about the dish and seemed genuinely sorry that I wasn't really enjoying my dining experience with them and even offered a complimentary dessert. Hopefully the next time I visit I will enjoy my dish more 🙂

Loved how the leafy vegetables managed to mop up the sauce perfectly in this dish. The cheese takes a strong lead in the sauce, sharp and prominent that one might describe it as "stinky", yet at the same time it was light and not jelat at all. If you're a nut lover like me, you will be glad for the generous sprinkles of sesame,sunflower and pumpkin seeds which lent the dish greater depth in terms of textures.

Pefectly al-dente pasta drenched in a rich, creamy sauce that was so addictive I would totally lick my bowl clean (bye waistline) The tiger prawns and scallops were really fresh too and the generous portion of ikura and ebiko which popped in my mouth with every spoonful just made me one very satisfied diner. Not usually a fan of tomato-based pastas but even so, I have to admit that this plate of tagliatelle was quite enjoyable. The tangy tomato sauce coupled with bell peppers and ricotta was an appetising combination pleasing to the palate.

I felt that the pizza was overly salty, especially with the generous amount of smoked bacon given. Definitely would not want to finish the whole pizza alone as i would have to chug down a whole jug of water with it 😂 Sticking to 1 or 2 slices would be enough.

The first bite had me thinking that the pizza was quite the ordinary tomato-based pizza. However, as i continued with the rest, the pizza slowly impressed me more and more with its many dimensions of flavour.
The pizza was mainly topped with smoky sausages, chunks of fresh mozzarella, jalapeño, pesto sauce, chilli and rockets. Beautifully plated angel hair pasta that had a nice bite to them. The chilli oil gave the pasta a nice subtle flavour and slippery texture without being an overkill by making the pasta overly greasy. The sakura ebi gave the whole dish an extra oomph by providing a dash of saltiness. However, i felt that the minced pork sauce atop the pasta had a rather strong porky stench that some might not be a fan of.

Overall, the flavour combination of this dish worked pretty well together and i can see why it is one of their most popular dish. The roasted duck breast was drizzled with hoisin sauce, which made the pizza really palatable and addictive and i just couldn't stop myself from reaching for more 😋 I also liked the use of crispy popiah skin as a pizza topping as i felt that it lent an extra oomph to the texture and taste of the pizza. The popiah skin kind of reminded me of potato chips😂 Would totally order it if they had it just as a side too haha!
Definitely one of the better pizza at timbre and a must order!

The parmesan shavings combined with the other ingredients sent my tastebuds to heaven, really. The grains of barley were distinct and I had such joy savouring each and every of them！
