Loved how the leafy vegetables managed to mop up the sauce perfectly in this dish. The cheese takes a strong lead in the sauce, sharp and prominent that one might describe it as "stinky", yet at the same time it was light and not jelat at all. If you're a nut lover like me, you will be glad for the generous sprinkles of sesame,sunflower and pumpkin seeds which lent the dish greater depth in terms of textures.
