The roasted duck breast was drizzled with hoisin sauce, which made the pizza really palatable and addictive and i just couldn't stop myself from reaching for more πŸ˜‹ I also liked the use of crispy popiah skin as a pizza topping as i felt that it lent an extra oomph to the texture and taste of the pizza. The popiah skin kind of reminded me of potato chipsπŸ˜‚ Would totally order it if they had it just as a side too haha!
Definitely one of the better pizza at timbre and a must order!
