Beautifully plated angel hair pasta that had a nice bite to them. The chilli oil gave the pasta a nice subtle flavour and slippery texture without being an overkill by making the pasta overly greasy. The sakura ebi gave the whole dish an extra oomph by providing a dash of saltiness. However, i felt that the minced pork sauce atop the pasta had a rather strong porky stench that some might not be a fan of.
Overall, the flavour combination of this dish worked pretty well together and i can see why it is one of their most popular dish.
