A new addition to the Liang Sandwich family. Of course, the duck isn't superior quality, but it was good enough for its price ($7+). Would have been better with more hoisin sauce to make the flavours of the duck more apparent. Nice Asian sandwich made famous by Jay Chou. Overall a satisfying snack would buy again if hungry!
(Take note, the Peking Duck sandwich does not come with a fried egg, unlike most of Liang's Sandwiches. Mine has an egg because the chef (thankfully😂) made a mistake.)

Crispy and fragrant with the scallions. It’s filling but I think it’s slightly pricey given that is like a plain prata.
Basically the equivalent of a prata sandwich... which is really ingenious cuz it is pretty darn good. This one packs a punch of flavour and was unexpectedly filling!
Second time on trying Liang Sandwich Bar. The secret sauce mix well with Scallions Sandwich With Egg ($3.00) but its best to eat in hot after serving.

Love the amount of floss!! Too much sauce for my liking though
Ordering was fuss free but the time to get the food is quite long. I have waited 20 mins for this because it’s freshly prepare and cook upon order. Looks like frozen prata where u can find in supermarket and cook till crispy, then wrapped with grilled chicken with shredded cabbage and topped with their signature sauce. Nothing to wow about but something to fill up while waiting for dinner
