All About Dessert

($3.90) consisted tangerine jasmine ai-yu, grass jelly, honey popping jelly, konjac jelly and taro balls. I decided to try new seasonal flavour for mar. So it's quite much nicer than pineapple one. The taste like sweet, sour and a bit of floral aftertaste.

($4.20) consisted of pineapple ai-yu, grass jelly, kantan jelly, water chestnut popping jelly, taro balls. tbh I still didn't like pineapple ai-yu bc it's quite sweet tbh. I wanted to try water chestnut popping jelly lol.

($7) I choose Intense Matcha & Lemon Speculoos. The taste for intense matcha was quite strong "grassy" tbh but then give a bit bitter aftertaste whereas Lemon Speculoos was quite sour aftertaste with in Speculoos (cookie crumbs texture). I remembered that three best selling flavour that they recommended were Earl Grey w Banana Bread; Lemon Speculoos; Oriental Beauty.

($68) It's quite jelak and creamy texture for me tbh. But I felt that it was quite nutty and salty aftertaste.

($3.90) consisted of pineapple ai-yu, grass jelly, pineapple kantan jelly, konjac jelly, taro balls. tbh I didn't like pineapple ai-yu bc it's quite sour and weird tbh. I didn't managed to try out last mth for chrysanthemum ai-yu :"( and just missed it out.

($16.90) we managed to try it out during second week for artbox and luckily we did ordered it before it sold out. Toast was baked on the spot via batch by batch. But I personally felt that the outer side for toast was quite hard to cut. The inner side for toast was quite soft and chewy. But the ice cream was melted too fast as the toast turned soggy after a while. The taste for overall was quite normal, plain and sweet (if you add all honey sauce inside the waffles) since they served with honey and vanilla ice cream.

(Regular - $31.80) my mum proposed me to buy before the day for cny eve. Because most of the shops closed during cny eve, day 1 to 3. I remembered that they used to buy cake for birthday in the past. The taste and quality for pandan kaya cake remained the same in the past. I hope that they still maintained to continue the standard for their cakes and kuek in the future.

I don't fond of pineapple pie as it's quite sweet with a bit sour taste for pineapple sauce with bits tbh.

($7) consisted of matcha sauce and matcha crumbs. Finally tried it after a long time. But the kurtos was quite mild texture (not that soft or strong). But chocolate was quite milky texture and not much chocolate aftertaste. But matcha sauce got weird sauce and not that nice tbh.

($5.20) I felt that chocolate was quite smooth and rich texture. It's a blended drink mixed with peppermint, chocolate and oreo.

($9.90) I finally tried their cake for a while. It's took me at least 2 years to try their cakes again. Since they have new series under shiro, I did tried their gelato previously last year. So the taste like not milky and creamy texture and taste in between bitter and sweet. But the coconut just give me so strong aftertaste.

($2.70) i felt that it's quite milky and also melted too fast away :") so strawberry topping made sweeten with strawberry ice cream.
