This black tea have much more “presence” than their earl grey ones! However, the buttery taste from the scottish biscuit still wins at the flavour run in my tongue.
Always love the strong fragance from the teas at TWG and hence i have high hopes on their shortbread. But nope! Their earl grey flavour here is definitely not enough even though the looks of the cookie seems full of flavour. I can only taste the buttery shortbread which overpower the hint of earl grey that is presence in the shortbread.
Sweet mix of chocolate and peanut butter fillings to get the best of both worlds. A well balance of both flavour that can be tasted distinctively. Nevertheless, the OG oreo cookie is still everyone’s childhood best cookie ever!
Reached there at 6pm and managed to snip off their curry puff. Mega love for their pastry skin that is so so crispy and flaky, just like how i love it! It is still piping hot when i bite into the puff, the generous fillings has got visible chicken meat and potato chunks. Definitely recommended and will be back for their taro puff next time!
Here comes 2nd week of the puff flavour! Nice crust with a vibrant green in colour. Rendang chicken is not spicy and definitely friendly for kids and elderly. Would love the rendang flavour to be more pronounce
Mini charcoal bun with bakkwa fillings. However, the filling is generous but a tad sweet. But still, $0.55 for mini bun is still a steal!
As compared to previous year, the butter chicken this year had a much stronger taste. The gravy is more flavourful and goes really well with the pancake at the bottom.
Interesting twist to their signature puff design, this year national day special OCK is going with the more traditional type of thin crust curry puff. However, thin crust doesn’t mean skimpy fillings. Look at the savoury and spicy chili crab fillings that is filled to the brim!
Adding black glutinous rice to their regular taro pie is completely awesome! Thankfully it is not as sweet as i am expecting and the fragance from the pulit hitam was a nice touch.
Newest addition to the SingaFour on Mr Bean. Loaded with diced chicken and potato chunks coated in indian style curry sauce. Curry sauce carry a tinge of spiciness but full of curry fragance! Suitable for anyone on any level of spiciness tolerance!
Obanyaki from the long-standing store located at the basement of Takashimaya. New flavour and i can’t resist the temptation to grab a bite. Whole savoury crispy peanut and not so sweet white lotus paste was not really going well together and i definitely love grind and pastey peanut more!
This is only available for a limited time. Matcha dough that is filled with premium Valrhona dark chocolate custard. Thick and gooey dark choco custard was love!
