I was fooled by this plain looking 'aglio olio', thinking this is going to taste quite bland. I was wrong 😱 the fiery chilli padi were hidden underneath and they did their job well by burning and numbing my tongue. The lobster was nicely baked, retaining it's firm and juicy texture.
Newly opened at Orchard Central #B1-01, Jumping Jack's second outlet is a great lunch option in town with its wallet-friendly lunch deal. Any ala carte main course comes with complimentary side with drink/dessert.
That said, this Creamy Bacon Carbonara ($12.90) fell short of our expectations. The spaghetti was firm and not a bit soggy but it was the sauce which turned us off with a weird aftertaste. Well, since Jumping Jack is a subsidiary of Jack's Place, I shall return to try the steak next time! 😊

This Seafood Baked Rice is worth every penny. There were 2 thick slices of dory fish hidden under those 3 gangster-sized prawns with a few mussels sidekicks around. Lucky me cos' I got to enjoy my favourite comforting pumpkin soup which was the soup of the day. Happy tummy~ 😊
The generous amount of clams, shrimps and the mentaiko sauce made the pasta so flavourful with every single bite. 😋
