Pretty good hot dog … nice change for lunch! Swedish street food. Nice chef.
$12
A good hang out place after a drunk night. The fillings were quite generous with the prawn salad. Taste wise Is just alright - the bread could have been toasted.
$8
The chicken was not worth it at all. The owner probably bought some frozen chicken bites, brush them with some sauce and popped them in the oven. & not that the sauce was anything fantastic either.
Expect the same level of hygiene as the rest of the building and Spize - unwashed hands handling money, garbage and the dog.
Still, worth the 10 bucks and a return trip.
Not a typical spot you’d go for hotdogs, but they serve up pretty good ones here along with drinks! Everything’s up for your customisation, from the hotdogs to toppings like sauces and crispy onions. Liked our combination (thank you Mu!) which had a little bit of everything - hot dog with cheese, crunchy onions, sweet-smoky secret sauce with a mild heat from the mustard.
Ps. The bottle of Elderflower ($5) drink was really good, go for that if alcohol isn’t your thing!
The eccentric hotdog shop looks out of place in Orchard Tower, especially with its striking neon interior. But glad to find a pretty awesome food (and even more awesome negroni here)! Possibly the best drink I’ve had in the last few years — their negroni kicked me hard but hell yeah it was so so good. The hotdog was not cheap, but was pretty solid with the loads of crispy fried shallots and pickles. The secret sauce tasted more like bbq, but it was a lovely pair to the sausage. Buns might be a little dry but the sauce saved the day!
