we ordered the smashed beef sandwich and salami sourdough pizza. I especially liked how focaccia was used for the sandwich, which was a nice change from your normal burger buns. but the pizza was the star. the crust was airy and fluffy, and the salami hit the spot. washed it down w an IPA, which went well w the pizza. looking forward to try their other pizzas!
Tried the Salami Pizza at Yeast Side and it’s really good. The sourdough crust is nice and crispy, and the salami on the pizza gives it that perfect kick. The cheese is just the right amount, and it all comes together really well. Definitely a pizza I’d come back for.
We had the Salami Pizza and the Foursome Cheese with Honey at Yeast Side, and both were fantastic. The sourdough crust was the perfect base, balancing the flavours of the toppings so well. The blue cheese on the Foursome with Honey pizza was a pleasant surprise—it went so well with the honey and other cheeses. The service was excellent, and we’ll definitely come back if we’re in the area.
Missing a little crust this time, but otherwise still very good
The kind of pizza where toppings melts into a thick sauce, can't rlly taste the individual textures but still delicious. The sourdough crust doesn't rlly taste like sourdough, it's a very weak crust that's somewhat soft and rather chewy but acceptably.
Overall it's not too bad
I must say I'm not very familiar w savoury pastries
But this was excellent. Crispy, quite chewy actl for the Danish. The cheese was v flavourful and complex but not too strong, while the mushroom was excellent. So aromatic but surprisingly light tasting and incredibly earthy
Must try, so far all are winners tbh this place is an absolute gem
