Thanks @laoniangagency for the invite💌 and @pizza_logic_sg for having me!
This is really good! We should have just ordered pastas!
The burrata cheese is 💯. It is light and yet consistent, rich enough to be held together and not flow out when you cut it. Pasta is al dente and perfectly paid with marinated minced meat.
Overall, we enjoyed the dish and wanted more. 🤭
Hmmmm, had high expectation as this place is famous for pizza but unfortunately, the pizza did not meet the mark.
The pizza dough is a little tough, it doesn't have the slightly salty dough taste and texture.
The ingredients were dry, making the overall dish not enjoyable.
In the end, we didn't even finish it cause nobody wanted to.
Lovely wood fired pizza with great quality cheese! The tomato sauce was really nice and not sweet as some pizzas can be.
While it lacks the typical alcoholic punch, this tiramisu makes it up with its light texture and sweet cream paired with the bitter chocolate powder. The layer of sponge cake was a tad coarse for my liking but overall it’s pretty good.
We can’t have too many options in Singapore, can we? The woodfire baked dough boasts irregular airy crust and thin base. It comes with buffalo mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and fresh basil. Personally found it rather messy to eat- the ingredients slipped off the dough as it’s just too wet, quite possibly because of the use of fresh cherry tomatoes.
