Ricotta Pancake ($17.5)-crusty, fluffy. Rather than incorporated to the pancake, there are ricottas stuffed inside, dont know if that is intentional, still a pretty good pancakes though 4.25/5

Lobster Mac & Cheese ($25.50)
with shaved fennel & fresh dill, baked cast iron pan
Available at @TheProvidore in @TangsSG
I wish there was more cheese but it tasted quite nice and filling.

Chose this as I was craving something substantial and it didn't let me down. Exceeding the mark of fall-apart tender, the slow braised beef cheek ragout was deeply flavourful, coating the broad ribbons of pasta with yumminess. The meaty mushrooms and the softened kale enhanced the pasta further. I did feel the Parmesan cheese tipped the dish into being slightly too salty, so I pushed aside some of the shavings.

My latte was really nice, not too acidic today. It's a good change for me (been having a lot of flat whites lately!). I also had the key lime tart which was really nice, not too sour and one can finish the whole thing by themselves without feeling jelak. Surprisingly a good cafe in the orchard strip.

Soft scintillating peaks with torched edges. Lemon curd so tangy and refreshing.

A tantalising tart that woke up my sleepy senses.
