This was a "ok" portion for ladies. Comes with mashed potato as the bed. May not be one of the best pork ribs as it comes with a "chaota" smell for our serving.
Don't be fool by the truffle fragance. The fries are quite nicely fried and topped with substantial amount of shaved parmesan cheese. Probably the truffle oil that is use to toss the fries drips down onto the plate. The fries that are at the bottom did have a much stronger truffle taste as compared to those on the top few that we ate.
The Bank Bar and Bistro located at CBD serves an extensive menu. We were surprised that the place is half filled even on a Sunday afternoon, as I had seen most cbd eateries being almost completely empty on weekends.

And I roughly knew why, cos the food is actually quite good. For this dish, the prawns are tossed in housemade salted egg sauce. It's thick and grainy (I like salted egg sauce that has grainy texture), and a little spicy.

Taken during a tasting.
Had a good time there. Not too crowded on a monday evening. Food is nice the ribs were not too hard. And we ordered an angus beef.
My friend said this was good and portion was huge. Definitely value for money but if there was slaw, it would have been perfect.
When the waitress said she don't fancy this dish and preferred the burger, take the advice. Pork was dry and came with a weird black apple sauce. This was also the most expensive dish ordered.
