Telok Blangah Drive Block 79 Food Centre

Throwback. One of my many meals at Sabeena Sara.

I'm back for my favourite biryani from Sabeena Sara! Everything was still good, just that this time was more boney than meaty.

4.5⭐ A favourite among my colleagues & I. The stall opening days are erratic so it really depends on luck for it to be open. Each bowl of noodle or beehoon is served in claypot. There are only 5 to 6 choices to choose from and I have ate almost all except the mee tai mak as I dislike the texture of mee tai mak. Ate the lala beehoon this time and it's filled generously with lala and fried egg. The soup is extremely flavourful with hint of hua diao wine.

Tried their prata telur for a change. Quality is subpar compared to their prata kosong, imo - less fluff, less crisp, more oil absorption

Felt like the eggs have overpowered the taste as well and made it a bit bland

And yup, that’s another plate of plain prata behind - back to the OG 😅

Our weekend breakfast staple! Found this gem while looking for a stall with a long queue 😂 (good sign)

Their prata is fluffy (swipe to see how they make it fluff lol), hot, and served with a generous amount of curry sauce. And tbh, with something worth ~$1 now, this is such a good and rare deal 👌🏻

Been ordering their kosong prata, but they have egg/onion/cheese as well

Okay buy this better than pay more to buy from Each-A-Cup. Not great but at least it's enjoyable.
