love the tamago sushi, feels really authentic as japanese sushi tend to have a huge slab of ingredient on top of their sushi rice.
the aburi salmon is my go-to!
A place with that serve Japanese, Thai and western food
Really love their sushi menu but it was not available we we visited
Tried their buffalo’s wings. Good place for finger food too. Their serving was reasonable sized and is pipping hot too. Couple of sauces for u to choose from which u can get it from the counter.
It was less crispy when we tried it though
I would say. 6/10. There are of course better ones. But if u are struck in Novena and wanted to chill and have finger food. This is a good choice

This place is such a hidden gem because there is Japanese, Western, Italian, Indian, and Thai cuisine all under one roof. What's more, all the dishes are priced below $18 and of good quality 👍
While I still feel that this dish is pricey, I guess the ambience and taste made up for it. The fish was tender and amazingly flavourful, with a sauce that packs a (spicy) punch 👊 The thin and crispy naan came as a surprise because I expected it to be thicker and more bread-y, thus it'll be good as a light option and not for those seeking a filling meal.

Now let's take a look at this steak. Weighing at least 150g, this sirloin was seared to a perfect medium-rare (sorry I should have pictured that) with a nice sweet-savoury coating. The accompanying salad came with 7-8 small slices of salmon sashimi and prawn roe, harmonised with a hint of wasabi in the dressing. And finally finished off with furikake on fluffy white rice (not Japanese Rice though) and miso soup. Isn't this just so VALUE-FOR-MONEY??
My boyfriend, however, found the steak too rare for his liking so perhaps you could state your preferred level of doneness upon ordering!
The aburi salmon literally melts in your mouth and really makes the roll great. The portion was quite substantial and each piece was pretty big so you are definitely getting your money’s worth. Cheaper than shiok maki, but just as satisfying and delicious.
Cheap and relatively decent Japanese food. Sashimi could be sliced thicker and perhaps not as fresh as I hope it would be, but at this price point you can’t really complain.
