I went to One Prawn & Co. on Friday evening with my date and it was a really good experience.

I really liked our beef bulgogi with bofun uni for appetisers, it was sweet and refreshing. The bread was crunchy and went well with the uni's silkyness.

Sourdough bread came with seaweed butter and honey which was quite special. The seaweed taste wasn’t overpowering and it was a sweet treat!

My personal favourite was the haddock burger. The cheese was melted perfectly and the fish was super tender. It was perfect

The monkfish had a unique texture and came with a bite to it! It was my first time having monkfish as well.

For desserts I would recommend the pavlova with lime mousse as the sweetness complemented the savoury notes of our meal. I would say that the ice cream sandwich would be better for those who do not prefer sweeter stuff in general.

Thanks to Chef Gwyneth for giving us her Earl Grey financiers to end the evening!

Unique wood-fire restaurant with creative and tasty food! Came here with my friend and we had a good time. Ambience is great too for special occasions! I loved the Prawn Toast and the Haricot Verts and Burrata :)) Very friendly service staff and chefs too! Had pleasant conversations with them.

We had a really lovely dinner at One Prawn & Co. and was attended to super well by the FOH staff.

We got the beef bulgogi with bofun uni and it was super nice. The beef was sweet and tender, and the uni silky, paired with crispy bread.

Then we had the sourdough bread with seaweed butter and honey, the seaweed butter complemented the sweetness well with the nutty and earthy flavours

Next we had the haddock burger and this was the best!! Super tender fish paired well with melted cheese, just amazing 🀩🀩🀩 must order

I had the monkfish with cashew curry and this was so unique. The curry was perfectly balanced between nutty, savoury and sweet. Monkfish was tender and filling, paired with the charred notes of the smoked asparagus.

Lastly we had the ice cream sandwich and pavlova with lime mousse. Personally we preferred the pavlova, as the tropical fruits complemented the sweetness of the pavlova super well.

Chef Gwyneth also served us some Earl Grey financiers of her creation after the meal, thank you!! ❀️

The 🍀🍞 prawn toast, crisp and indulgent, was complemented by a creamy aioli that balanced its richness. This meal was definitely an unforgettable experience, highly recommend if you're after a meal that balances excitement with comfort. πŸ’―πŸ’—

Holy Haddock! – Signature Fish Burger πŸ”πŸŸ

A playful name for a seriously good fish burger. The haddock was crispy on the outside, flaky on the inside, and sandwiched between a soft, slightly toasted bun. The slaw and sauce inside gave it a creamy, zesty punch, making every bite satisfying. It’s the kind of burger you’d crave again after the first bite.

Visited One Prawn & Co on a Wednesday night for dinner and had a great experience. The modern Asian seafood grill concept brings cool vibes with wood-fire grilling aromas filling the air.

Tried the prawn toast β€” crispy on the bottom, flavourful, and addictive. The squid with ink wasn’t noodles as expected but tender squid bits, packed with umami and a smoky charcoal flavour β€” really interesting and well-executed.

Seafood was fresh, and the cocktails were solid. The secret $5 cocktail menu through a fun little game was definitely worth it β€” strong drinks with unique twists on classic flavours.

Service was excellent. Our server was knowledgeable and carefully explained the dishes when we asked for recommendations. The chefs even took the time to chat with us, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
