Amazing dinner at One Prawn & Co! 🦐 If you’re looking for a place that’s elevated but still has a chill vibe, this is it.
The staff there are super friendly and suggested the Fireline menu. Loved the super crispy prawn toast and the typhoon shelter prawns (see picture)! The burrata with chilli oil and beans was also such a delicious and creative dish.
Definitely coming back to try more of the menu soon. 😋

The ambience was amazing, cozy yet modern. The “First Dip” course meal for two was filling and reasonably priced, and we got to try a variety of dishes. Overall, the food was excellent. My personal favourites were the “Smoky Kombu Prawn Toast,” which had an interesting texture paired with a flavourful sauce, and the “Prawn Bisque Ramen,” which came with fresh, juicy prawns and a rich, hearty broth.

We visited this restaurant for lunch after seeing many great reviews and decided to try the set menu, which features some of their best items.

My favorites were the prawn toast, prawn ramen, and the Coco Cloud drink. The prawn toast was perfectly crispy and incredibly satisfying. The prawn ramen had a rich, concentrated broth that was delicious, though a bit heavy to finish alone. The prawns were huge!

The Coco Cloud was especially refreshing—perfect for a hot day and highly recommended.

Overall, the set menu is great value for money, with generous portions and tasty dishes.

Interesting fusion prawn & seafood focused menu, & special mention to the prawn toast, salmon tartare, and prawn ramen for me. In general the food was all very flavourful with great mouthfeel.

The set lunch was very generous in serving size as well, so come hungry and perhaps look to share the larger items.

Tried the fireline menu at One Prawn n Co, food was amazing! We started with the hamachi tartare and smoky prawn toast. The prawn toast had the most perfect CRONCH!! We were then served burrata and smoky beans, and a perfectly cooked umami steak. I absolutely loved the burrata and haricot verts, such a good idea to marry burrata and chili and topped with cai por - an interesting spin on the usual burrata and balsamic vinegar dish. Next were the main events - typhoon shelter prawns, and wood fire horfun. If you do try the typhoon shelter prawn dish, do yourself a favor and get a spoon, so that you can scoop up every last bit of the sauce. It’s packed full of flavour - like the prawn mee soup reduced to a sauce. The dessert at the end was a nice touch, sour dough ice cream with roasted white chocolate. Will definitely be back to try their other items!

The food was very good. The prawn ramen was extremely rich and filling. 10/10 recommend
