We savored the Burrata Di Puglise, Flat Iron Steak, Smoked Mushrooms, and the Eton Mess for dessert during our recent visit to Meadesmoore. The Burrata Di Puglise was a fantastic starter; the burnt grapes had a delightful smoky flavor that perfectly complemented the Burrata cheese. For our main course, we had the flat iron steak. It was expertly cooked, and the accompanying sauces enhanced the meat's flavor beautifully. The smoked mushrooms we had on the side were tangy and incredibly fragrant. To round off our meal, we indulged in the Eton Mess for dessert. While the meringue candy didn't particularly appeal to me, the taro ice cream combined wonderfully with the other toppings, creating a tasty medley. Overall, my experience at Meadesmoore was fantastic. The staff were attentive and friendly, checking in with us periodically to ensure we were enjoying our meal.
We ordered a spicy Supreme Prawn Noodle and a non-spicy Shabu Shabu Sliced Pork Prawn Noodle. Both the non-spicy and spicy broths were very palatable, the spicy broth was just more piquant. They were also generous with their prawns, and I appreciated that the bodies already had the shells removed, making it easy for me to eat. The service was great too. I enjoyed my meal, and I highly recommend them, especially to fans of prawn noodles.
There were three different ways to enjoy Premium Braised Combination Beef Noodles, where you got to try both dry and soup versions. The thick, huge beef cube had fantastic umami and texture, and the rest of the beef portions were also great. For those who like stronger flavours, I definitely recommend the Hot Pepper Trio Speciality Beef Noodle. The beef cut is still savoury even though it was cut into slices instead. A chrysanthemum milk tea with boba was also on our order, and I really enjoyed it. The food was yummy and easy to order, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was cosy. Overall, this restaurant is fantastic and I highly recommend it.
Excellent interior design and ambiance. The staff were courteous and friendly. Every mouthful of the truffle ravioli was savoury. Also, the Firecracker Chicken tasted just like it is called; the batter was crispy, and the level of spice was just right to pack a punch. It is highly recommended to order a glass of wine to make the dinner feel complete. Would definitely return again!
