The smoky prawn toast was crispy and sweet, balanced by a hint of sourness from the pickled onions.
These Typhoon Shelter Prawns were so good, such a generous serving and a unique sauce that just works beautifully.
Scorched hor fun truly surprised me! It was served with fresh seared scallops, xo sauce and sichuan peanut. The dish was well-balanced and had the smoky wokhey flavour, presenting this classic dish in a whole new light.
The 8 course menu at One Prawn & Co is thoughtfully curated and not to be missed. From a medley of Hamachi Tartare to Malt Black, the Smoky Prawn Toast is truly the highlight of the evening. Overall, a fantastic place that’s perfect for special occasions.
We had their 8-course set and we were happy with all the dishes served. The fusion of the flavours is good, and the smokiness of the hor fun (in picture) and prawns were intense. We left the restaurant satisfied and satiated! :)
We had the 8 course meal and it was insane! Every first bite was a flavour bomb, really loved the overall smokiness and large portions. It was an open kitchen so we could see the chefs in action which was really cool. Highly reccomend for seafood lovers!
