We went to Ingleside on a weekday dinner and loved the ambiance, staff were super knowledgeable and even offered us a tour!! food was phenomenal especially the picanha beef and the sourdough bread. we were lucky enough to try one of their temporary specials (the swordfish belly) which was incredible. def recommend!
The beef showed up exactly the way youβd want it to β beautifully seared on the outside, juicy and tender within, and packed with that rich, savoury flavour that makes you slow down for a second bite (and then a third).
Then came the swordfish belly, which honestly stole a bit of the spotlight. Silky, buttery, and unapologetically rich, it had that melt-in-your-mouth quality that makes you pause mid-conversation just to appreciate whatβs happening.
One dish grounded and hearty, the other smooth and luxurious β a little land-and-sea duo that made the whole meal feel playful and indulgent at the same time.
Wagyu steak cooked to perfection. This place specialises in wood-fired meats and you can smell the fragrant applewood used in their cooking. The sides server were delicious as well. Ambience and customer service was top-notch as well. Definitely going back π
the wagyu picanha was cooked to a perfect medium rare! Greeted by the friendliest staff there and enjoyed my dine there thanks to the good food, good hospitality and good company π―π
Tried the wagyu picanha medium rare. Very well prepared and seasoned, well paired with shallots. Staff were professional and attentive
Great food and staff, Nicholas and Mateo
The beef steak was tender and juicy as it was cooked over traditional wood fire. Quality of the cut and the care taken in the cooking ππΌ
The sourdough bread was crisp on the outside, yet soft and airy inside. Butter was flavourful, not too sweet.
Vibes were really chill and restaurant was not noisy.
Overall a great experience, will come back again
