๐๐จ๐จ๐ง๐ฅ๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ ๐ก๐จ๐ซ ๐๐ฎ๐ง ($14.80) - Distinct wok hei aroma and QQ noodles mixed with creamy sousvide egg. The crunchy beansprouts, spring onion, and scallion helped provide a refreshing balance. Beef option is $3 more and not sure if itโs worth the top up; we enjoyed our decently tender chicken option.
๐๐ก๐ข๐๐ค๐๐ง ๐๐ก๐จ๐ฉ ๐ฅ๐๐ค๐ฌ๐ ($21.80) - Laksa broth was flavourful with good mix of spices, albeit a tad oily. While the chicken cutlet was tender and nicely battered, they got soggy quickly and would have preferred for them to be separate. The onsen egg was a nice touch but got subsumed by the richer laksa.
A second visit for me is a big deal. We love this place. Variety was the aim of our day so I ordered this. With those ingredients, it's something I sure like.
A second visit for me is a big deal. We love this place. Their lok lok is cheap and good, especially the broccoli.
One of the must haves at Fat Po, is their signature Bolo Burger.
The Bolo Burger had a crispy and buttery coating. The Bolo Burger had such a gentle sweetness that just goes so well for my taste buds.
The har cheong gai was crispy and tasted just like how a HCG should taste like, except its boneless.
Although not served with belachan, which it SHOULD! It actually goes very well with it. Maybe u can request for it, I had it as leftover sauce from my chicken skin.
Such a sinful meal, just nice have some greens to bluff myself for being health conscious.

Totally forgot about the Augus Ribeye, it was chopped into a few slices, in perfect medium rare, so juicy as well. Not the best steak I had, but still can eat.
