HIGHLIGHT OF THE NIGHTTTT SO FKING GOOD. THE POLENTA (boiled cornmeal) TOOK MY BREATH AWAY. my dad loveddd the pepper sauce too. lamb wasn’t gamey or smelly; it was so soft, tender & juicy...actl converted me i used to not like lamb...

cheese fondue!! we got the original swiss recipe w alcohol. BTW a min of 2 people is required to order this, but it’s damnnnn big 2 people can share 1 portion.

we added on boiled potatoes ($6) & steamed veg ($6) but i'd only rec this if u will get sick of just eating bread lmao. if not the bread’s really good and you should just fill yourself with it

topped w raclette cheese & ham. it's aight...on the saltier side and too pricey

今天我们来吃新加坡唯一的一家瑞士餐厅,看评论非常不错,和好朋友约了一起吃午餐

环境非常的舒适,老板是一位瑞士籍的华人

有午市套餐可以选择,两套菜35新币++,相对平价的西式餐厅

第一道前菜是Croûte aux champignons,它是一道源自法兰克-康泰地区的传统美食,特点是丰富的味道和多层次的口感。用新鲜的蘑菇、奶油、香葱和蒜制成的浓郁酱汁,搭配在香脆的烤面包上,真是太好吃了吧!

第二道前菜是混合沙拉,老板特别推荐,他说这道沙拉酱用的是他祖父的配方,一定要尝一尝,味道还是可以的

第三道前菜是马拉科夫炸芝士,也是老板特别推荐,因为这是一道瑞士经典小吃,炸芝士的外皮经过油炸,呈现出金黄酥脆,融化的芝士馅味道浓郁,奶香四溢,口感顺滑,好好吃哦!

主食我们吃的是煎鲈鱼和烤牛排,牛排烹饪地非常好,红嫩但看不到一点血水
