Lol I thought I would never eat this because I don't trust celebrity F&B. But a friends gathering happened here. This was good. Very meaty and tasty.

Lol I thought I would never eat this because I don't trust celebrity F&B. But a friends gathering happened here. Flawless prawn paste chicken.

Lol I thought I would never eat this because I don't trust celebrity F&B. But a friends gathering happened here. This was one of the best sambal kangkong I've tasted. The vegetable is simple, but the magic was the sambal. As you can see, it's not drowning in sauce, but the flavour was intense.

Lol I thought I would never eat this because I don't trust celebrity F&B. But a friends gathering happened here. This is a portion, not the full plate. Clams are easily good but this was incredibly umami. There's clearly some effort.

Lol I thought I would never eat this because I don't trust celebrity F&B. But a friends gathering happened here. Although quite expensive, I admit the broth was out of this world. The fish and other ingredients were the usual. Take heed, this industrial canteen gets crowded and hot fast.

Hide within the Kallang Place Industrial area inside Kallang Food Centre, this place actually swarmed with crowd every night for their signature charcoal steamboat.

Choose the type of fish you want to go with, as well as the portion. The soup actually comes with some ingredients already. The soup is very tasty and you came request for soup refill.

The fish slices are fresh and easy to cook with the steamboat.

Beside the steamboat, they also served tze char menu. Which we gotten the fu rong egg, salted egg ribs and sizzling hotplate tofu.

The salted egg ribs was a bit too salty for me.
