Delicious! I fell totally in love with it on my very first bite. Earthy, flavoursome, umami. Topped off with Asparagus.

USDA BRANDT PRIME RIBEYE
Itās very flavourful, rich tasting and tender. The fat also provides an insane amount of flavour that steak fanatics can't get enough. The red wine jus sauce totally bring out the flavour. Pair with Duck Fat Potato that is skillfully shaped like a log with exterior lovely crispy and inner tender soft. Perfect.

Everything about this salad speaks of Festive š with Beet root, Burrata Cheese, Heirloom Tomato. I'm truly obsessed with this combo and the highlight is definitely the basil icecream on the side that is the star of the show.
