I usually come here for supper and the prata is reliably good, crisp outside with soft layers inside. This time I decided to have prata in the morning instead. The onion prata still carried its sweetness and bite but the plain prata came out overly crispy and hard, more like a biscuit, missing that slightly chewy, doughy texture I prefer.
The curry and sambal‑style chilli gravy were still good, giving the familiar flavour and kick. Just that the plain prata this morning was disappointing compared to the consistent nights I have had here. Not sure if it was a different person cooking but the difference was noticeable.
Plain Prata 》$2.80 / 2 Pcs

Unique flavour. Milo powder hardens into stickiness easily. What we got was more like chocolate.
They serve sambal for prata here. Credit to them.
Better than expected. If you cook maggi goreng properly, it'll be good.
($2) Even I did takeaway instead of dine in and the roti prata turned soggy and chewy texture.
($1.30) high recommendation from google as one of the popular roti prata. Even I did takeaway instead of dine in and the roti prata remained the same as crispy and crunchy texture.
